If a person has a reduced or no appetite at all, it is necessary to prepare an infusion of dandelion root: pour 2 teaspoons of well-chopped dandelion root with 1 glass of boiled cold water, then insist everything for at least 8 hours. Take the medicine 4 times a day before eating, 1/4 cup of the infusion.

If a person suffers from anemia or vitamin deficiency, a dandelion can also come to the rescue: 1 teaspoon of dandelion roots and leaves is poured with 1 glass of boiling water, after which everything is infused for about 1-2 hours in a carefully wrapped container. Further, the infusion must be thoroughly filtered and taken 3-4 times a day 20 minutes before meals, 1/4 cup. Alternatively, if you have such health problems, you can consume juice made from dandelion leaves 3-4 times a day before meals, 1 tablespoon.

To improve metabolism, as well as for various blood diseases, the following infusion is prepared: 1 tablespoon of well-crushed dandelion roots must be poured with 1 glass of boiling water, after which the vessel with the infusion must be well wrapped and insisted for one to two hours. Next, the infusion should be filtered and consumed 3-4 times a day about 30 minutes before meals, 1/4 cup.

In cases of constipation, a powder is prepared from dandelion roots as a good laxative, namely, the roots are thoroughly ground in a coffee grinder to obtain a powder. Powder is taken from the roots of medicinal dandelion 3 times a day, 1/2 teaspoon.

If a person has been bitten by an insect, a fresh, freshly plucked dandelion leaf will help, thoroughly crushed and pounded until a homogeneous mass is obtained, after which the resulting gruel must be tied to the site of the bite, the bandage should be changed after 2-3 hours.

Small warts - so to speak, young - are well reduced by dandelion juice. You can wipe your face with a prepared dandelion broth, the broth is prepared as follows: 2 tablespoons of dandelion leaves are boiled for 15 minutes in 300 ml of water, after which the broth is filtered and cooled.

You can make a salad from fresh dandelion leaves, which must be cut into thin strips, then salt and carefully season with sour cream, you can also add onions, carrots, season everything with lemon juice and vegetable oil. It is used as a salad.

In case of diabetes, an infusion is prepared: dandelion leaves, chicory, nettle, galega (grass) and walnut leaves are taken, everything is mixed in equal shares. 1 spoon of this collection should be poured with two glasses of water, after which everything is boiled for 2-3 minutes, after the finished broth should be infused for about 5-10 minutes. Then the product must be filtered and taken 3 times a day 15–20 minutes before meals, 3 tablespoons of infusion.

Dandelion inflorescences and leaves contain carotenoids, triterpene alcohols, vitamins C and B2, B6 and P, mineral salts of iron, calcium, phosphorus, manganese, copper, boron, nickel, titanium, molybdenum and some other elements.
