Korean diet: pros and cons

- 2 tablespoons sesame oil.

Cut cabbage, cucumber, green onions and salad, mix all the ingredients with each other. Chopped garlic, chili, soy sauce, sesame seeds and oil are mixed separately. Pour vegetables with this sauce, mix and serve with rice.
Radish with honey - Mu Saelleodeu
To prepare a dish, you will need the following products:
- Radish - 7 pcs.
- A tablespoon of vinegar.
- 2 cloves of garlic.
- Half a tablespoon of honey.
- A tablespoon of kochukaru.
- Salt.
- Green onions.
- 2 teaspoons roasted sesame seeds.
The radishes are washed, covered with salt and left for 10 minutes aside. Then it is washed, dried with a paper towel, cut. Add all other products to the radish and mix.
Korean kimchi
To prepare a dish, you will need ingredients such as:
- 2 heads of Chinese cabbage.
- 0.65 l of water.
- 1 onion and 1 carrot.
- 2 pods of hot red pepper.
- 120 ml of soy sauce.
- Ginger root.
- Head of garlic.
- 3 tablespoons of sugar.
- 2 tablespoons of rice flour.
- Chives with feathers.
The cabbage is cut along the head of cabbage into 2 halves, and then again lengthwise into 2 parts, but not to the end. Each cabbage leaf is greased with salt and put in a saucepan, kept for 2 hours. Then the cabbage is turned over and left for another 2 hours. Grind ginger, onion, garlic using a blender. Pour rice flour into a saucepan and gradually introduce water into it, stirring constantly. Bring the mixture to a boil, add sugar. When the sugar is dissolved, remove the saucepan from the heat, and cool the rice jelly.
Carrots and daikon are grated, green onions are chopped. Chopped ginger, onion and garlic are added to them, poured with rice and fish sauce. Cabbage, which is already sufficiently salted, is washed under running water, then squeezed out. Rub the cabbage with sauce and fold it to form a head of cabbage. Put it back in the pan and leave to infuse for 24 hours at room temperature. Then the cabbage is transferred to the refrigerator and kept under a covered lid for another 2 days. After this time, the dish can be served.
