The linden plant is widely known for its beneficial qualities and its therapeutic effect. In addition, linden flowers contain ascorbic acid, talicin, which is a glycoside, carotene, and flavone glycosides. Flowers are used when preparing a decoction or infusion, so they relieve cramps, dull pain, promote the removal of urine and sweat from the body, and also relieve inflammation - and all this is quite effective. They are also called "linden blossom", which is also used to relieve pain in the head area. Gargling them with throat and mouth will help with sore throat and other inflammations. In addition, the linden blossom has a general beneficial effect in the case of any colds. The main beneficial qualities of linden are given by kaempferol and quertecin, as well as thiliacin, which suppresses the action of bacteria on the body.

This is a fairly old and proven remedy in folk medicine. Its beneficial properties include killing bacteria in the human body, removing urine and sweat from the body, reducing fever and removing phlegm from the mouth. Its use differs depending on specific diseases. For example, to get rid of pain in the urethra, make a decoction of flowers. For the treatment of all sorts of colds, as well as gout, cough and neurology, hot water is used, which promotes the secretion of sweat. For the treatment of rheumatism of the joints, this composition is used for poultices.
To get rid of seizures, prevent fainting and get rid of headaches, an infusion of linden flowers is made. To get rid of inflammatory processes in the bladder and kidneys, neuroses, relieve spasms of the gastrointestinal tract and treat colds and febrile illnesses, take two or three glasses a day of the following composition in a warm form: for every one glass of steep hot water - two tablespoons of linden blossom.

In addition, the plant is indispensable for burns, bronchitis, fainting, sore throat, ulcers, for relieving pain in the joints and eliminating headaches, as well as for colic in the intestines. Infusion. There are several uses for linden. For example, for tuberculosis, colds and coughs, bronchitis or bronchial catarrh, as well as to eliminate pain in the head, a special infusion of linden is used. To make it, you need to mix a tablespoon of linden flowers with one glass of boiling water, after which you need to leave it to infuse for 40 minutes, then pass through cheesecloth or a strainer. Drink 3 times a day in a glass of infusion. The infusion should be drunk warm! It can also be used to rinse the mouth and throat, to relieve pain in them.
Linden bath. To get rid of colic, painful or spasmodic sensations in the intestinal area, there is a special linden bath. You need to mix a liter of water with 8 tablespoons of plant flowers, put on fire and leave to boil for 5 minutes. Then the broth is allowed to brew for 30 minutes, after which it must be passed through cheesecloth or a strainer, and can be added to the bath. Take a bath for no more than 15 minutes!
From poisoning. In addition, linden will help with food poisoning, which may be required by any person. For treatment, you need to eat 3 times a day a teaspoon of powder - coal from linden wood.
For prostatitis. And linden is also used in the treatment of prostatitis in men. The drug is made from the coals of burnt linden, which are crushed and then brewed like coffee. The course of treatment is 7 days.
From cough. Linden eliminates the negative symptoms of a chronic cough. To do this, pour 2 tablespoons of linden flowers with half a liter of boiling water, then leave for 10-15 minutes, pass through cheesecloth or a strainer. Drink the resulting infusion evenly throughout the day.
Gastrointestinal tract. Also, a decoction of linden helps with diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, the following composition is used: a tablespoon of plant seeds is poured with a glass of boiling water and boiled for 15 minutes. It is recommended to drink the medicine 3 times a day before meals, dividing the glass into three parts - in the morning, afternoon and evening.

Linden decoction is also widely used for neuralgic diseases, colds and coughs, as it removes sweat from the body; with gout and rheumatism in the joints (poultices are made from it); used as a scent additive for bathing. Compresses from the broth relieve mastitis.
Linden decoction: add two cups of boiling water to two tablespoons of ground or finely chopped linden flowers and leave for half an hour. Take half a glass 4 times a day, like regular tea.
Decoction for compresses: 3-4 tablespoons of dry linden, pour half a liter of boiling water, put on fire for 15 minutes, then let cool. When the broth has cooled, you need to pass it through a strainer or cheesecloth and add half a teaspoon of baking soda there.
Contraindications to the use of linden
With the constant intake of tea from linden flowers, a person's eyesight can fall, and quite quickly and unexpectedly. This means taking tea regularly and for a very long time, and not just taking it every day. It is prohibited to take it throughout the year. reception should be short-lived and infrequent, otherwise negative consequences cannot be avoided.
