Live oats reduce the ORP of water by -970 mV

Live oats reduce
Live oats reduce

The value of the ORP (redox potential) of a drink prepared on the basis of "live" oats is close to the ORP of the human internal environment. This allows you not to waste the energy of cell membranes to correct the ORP of the fluid entering the body and completely assimilate it.

For its production, only pure water and natural oat grain are used - 140 g of grain for 2 liters of water. To prepare a drink, oats are washed until clean water flows from it, they are sorted out from impurities. Then you need to put the washed oats in a three-liter jar, fill it with clean drinking water.

The jar is sealed with plastic wrap and placed in a dark place for 16 hours. During this time, the color of the drink will change, some of the beans will sink to the bottom of the can, and some will remain in the upper layer of water.

Mold on the top layer of oats can be a problem. This not only gives the drink an unpleasant taste and smell, but is also very harmful to health. There are several techniques for solving this problem.

Mold prevention methods:

  1. Rinse grain with anolyte water with an ORP of more than +800 units;
  2. Rinse oats with soda solution;
  3. After 11-12 hours of infusion of oats, you need to remove the top layer of oats with a wooden spoon, which has not sunk to the bottom (metal spoons should not be used in any case, since the metal picks up free electrons). And after that, it needs to be refrigerated for another 10 hours. The drink is ready.

For long-term storage, it must be poured under the neck into smaller containers, be sure to tightly close the lid. A properly poured drink can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, at room temperature for up to 6 hours.

The oats remaining in the jar can be used 2 more times by refilling it with water. In this case, the preparation time of the drink is reduced: 8 hours at room temperature and 8 hours in the refrigerator.

As a result of this experiment, the performance of the drink was compared at the beginning of preparation, after 10 hours, and at the end of the process of creating a drink from "live" oats.

The main indicators of the composition of water at the beginning of preparation:

  • ORP of water: +249 mV;
  • pH - 6.9;
  • Mineralization - 215 mg / l

After 1.5 hours:

  • ORP of water: +153 mV;
  • pH - 7.3

After 4 hours:

  • ORP of water: - 0.84 mV;
  • pH - 6.4

In the finished drink 16 hours after the start of preparation:

  • ORP of water: -721 mV;
  • pH - 5.6;
  • Mineralization - 343 mg / l

Making elementary arithmetic calculations, you can see that the ORP of water has changed from 249 to -721. The difference was 970 units.

Negative ORP from oatmeal

Negative ORP
Negative ORP

It is not oats that give a negative ORP to water, but microorganisms that eat these oats. Therefore, any flakes can be used for the feedstock.

If you can't make a whole grain drink, you can use oatmeal. The indices of the initial product are somewhat worse, and nevertheless also have medicinal properties - the ORP of a drink made from oatmeal without admixture will be less by -970 mV, from a mixture of various grains by -577 mV. The preparation of the drink is not difficult: the flakes need to be rinsed and filled with clean drinking water.

Required ingredients:

  • 3 liters of drinking water;
  • 2 cups of cereal.

The can with the drink must be closed with a lid and placed in a dark place for 24 hours. The drink obtained after straining must be stored in the refrigerator. The flakes can be reused by flooding them with water for another 24 hours. The performance of the drink and its taste at the exit will be identical to the first batch.
