This folk remedy is used as a lotion, applying a cotton swab dipped in vinegar for 10 minutes to the affected area. It is recommended to carry out 4-6 procedures per day. Apple cider vinegar isn't the only remedy that works for lotions. It can be replaced with cranberry or viburnum juice.
• Sea buckthorn oil is also considered a good folk remedy for lichen planus. It is used for lotions: a small piece of gauze is moistened with oil and applied to the affected area of the skin or mucous membrane. The duration of the procedure is from half an hour to an hour.
