For internal use, other tinctures are recommended. For 300 ml of boiling water, you need to take 2 tbsp. l. dry chamomile flowers. Boil the mixture for 5 minutes and take half a glass after each meal until the pain subsides.

You can take equal parts lemon balm leaves and a fairly dry orange peel, then mix 1 tbsp. l. such a mixture with 200 ml of boiling water. One hour after insisting, strain, add a spoonful of honey and a few drops of valerian, and then drink at a time. The course of treatment involves a monthly intake of 3 times a day. A decoction based on peppermint leaves is recommended to be taken twice a day on an empty stomach for 30 days. To do this, 200 ml of boiling water will require 1 tbsp. l. herbs.

To prepare the tincture, you will need 500 ml of vodka, 20 grams of bearberry leaves, 20 grams of meadowsweet, 20 grams of valka flowers, 20 grams of knotweed, 20 grams of horsetail, 20 grams of hernia, 30 grams of corn stigmas, 30 grams of birch buds and 30 grams of beans. All ingredients are crushed and mixed thoroughly. We take 4 tbsp. l. mixture and pour vodka, the agent should be infused for three days.

Before use, the tincture must be filtered and compresses can be made for 4 hours. The most effective course of treatment is at least 7-8 days. Another equally healing tincture for compress is considered to be a tincture based on grinding cones. For 400 ml of vodka, you need to take 100 grams of raw materials. The remedy will be infused for at least 8-9 hours. This tincture can be used for at least two weeks.
