This traditional method of treating dysbiosis has an almost instant effect, and therefore is considered in folk medicine the most effective way to treat dysbiosis. The person who told him healed himself in just one day, in one dose of the remedy. At the beginning of his treatment, he turned to dairy products, as he had heard that yogurt cures dysbiosis. Since he lived in the village, there was enough of this stuff, but, unfortunately, no matter how much he ate and drank milk with kefir, the treatment progressed slowly. And then one day a new folk recipe for the treatment of dysbiosis came to their village, which quickly spread throughout the village. It was he who decided to try it with the hope that this time the treatment would be faster.

Heat half a liter of water, add a tablespoon each of honey and sugar. Add about 2 grams of yeast, then put in a warm place for an hour to infuse. But you just need to insist no more than an hour and a half, otherwise it will turn out completely different! After an hour of insisting, we will have a brew. These are the bacteria that have been destroyed. We drink everything at once an hour before meals. Better in the morning. So in just a few mugs of mash, you completely cure dysbiosis!

The woman worked in the hospital for many years. And at the same time, she used not only traditional medical drugs and pills. Her daughter recently gave birth to a son. The baby was diagnosed with dysbiosis. Then the woman suggested to her daughter to apply the following folk method of treating dysbiosis in children: you need to take 80 g of kefir from the dairy kitchen, where the products are bacteriologically tested. After the child has been fed, bathed and gathered to go to bed, the kefir is heated in a water bath (so that it does not curl up) and an enema is made for the night.

In general, this should be enough for the disease to pass. As you know, our intestines are alkaline. And sour kefir is intolerable for pathogenic staphylococcus, so the result will not slow down. But at the same time, make sure that everything is clean. The syringe should be boiled, the end of the enema should be lubricated with baby cream, as is the previously washed anus. Adults need 150-180 g of kefir. And all other recommendations remain: you need to do it once a day at night.

Serum. Curd whey is now one of the leading treatments for dysbiosis both in folk medicine and not only. You will feel better, your digestion will be restored, and you will feel noticeable relief. It is very simple to prepare it. Put kefir in hot water. Gradually, kefir will begin to separate into cottage cheese and whey. This serum is just that wonderful remedy that completely restores the microflora and intestinal function!

Sour milk. Irritable bowel syndrome, or in another way dysbiosis, is quickly treated with garlic sour milk. You will already feel the result in a few days. Boil a liter of milk, then cool. Then you need to ferment the milk with slices of dried black bread. You should set aside 24 hours for fermentation. Then throw in the croutons, carefully grated with garlic. Now the yogurt is ready. Store only in refrigerator. The yogurt turns out to be very tasty and very healthy.

If you ask your grandparents if there were any problems with the intestinal microflora in their time, you will always get one answer - no! Here's just to answer the next question - why? - they can't. Moreover, there were then no intestinal infections, no streptococcus, no bacteria, no fungi, no Staphylococcus aureus

I am revealing the "secret ingredient", which then people received in excess, and now it is almost completely removed from the diet. It's about copper. It turns out that copper is the only mineral that, being incorporated into the cell of aerobes (pathogenic microflora), causes them to suffocate, and they, in turn, naturally die. At the same time, copper is absolutely harmless to anaerobic organisms (lacto and bifido bacteria)!

This is especially important in case of Staphylococcus aureus, which emits a huge amount of strong poisons during life, but if you kill it with antibiotics, it will release even more dangerous poisons, after which a person becomes even worse!

But where did they get copper in Russia? Everything is simple, in those days all dishes and even pipes were made of copper. Eating from copper dishes, people received copper in abundance. However, now it will be very difficult to find copper utensils. Moreover, modern copper is not pure, but a copper alloy (pure copper should be red, not gold). If you have at least something copper in your house, then you are very lucky! If not, then all that remains is to buy copper in the form of dietary supplements - but that's another topic (although this is a safe way - you always know how much copper you ate).

The recommended daily rate of copper is 1-2 mg per day, maximum 3 mg. Large dosages should not be taken, as excess copper is harmful!

Signs of excess copper in the body:

  • Vomiting, nausea, diarrhea;
  • Metallic taste in the mouth;
  • Stomach ache;
  • Renal failure;
  • Neurological disorders (increased salivation, impaired behavior, speech, epileptic seizures);
  • Liver failure.

Or increase your intake of foods that contain sufficient amounts of copper.

The original way of taking bifidobacteria

Bifidobacterium preparations are prescribed at any stages of the treatment of dysbiosis, but if the initial stages of the development of this disease can be cured by their gradual intervention in the intestinal microflora, then with complications (3-4 stages) they become useless. Stronger drugs temporarily help, but it is possible to completely get rid of the disease only with full restoration of the microflora.

There is a folk remedy for significantly increasing the potential of bifidobacteria drugs, which allows you to get rid of the main symptoms of dysbiosis after the first course of administration, and in 3-4 courses - to completely get rid of this problem.

You will need homemade milk (not only cow's, but also goat's, sheep's) and homemade sour cream, as well as bifidumbacterin.

The medicine is prepared in this way:

  • half a liter of milk on low heat is heated to 30-40 ° C in order to accelerate the vital activity of lactobacilli, but not to kill them;
  • an ampoule or a bag of bifidumbacterin and two tablespoons of sour cream are added to the milk;
  • the mixture is removed from the fire and, without stirring, is wrapped in a heater (towel, blanket) for slow cooling;
  • the dishes with the medicine wrapped in cloth are left overnight.

The resulting product is taken half an hour before meals in a glass in the morning and evening. Every evening warmed milk, bifidumbacterin and sour cream are added to the remainder so that a new portion of the mixture is prepared in the morning.

The course consists of several stages, during which such changes occur in the preparation of the product:

  • The first 20 days the mixture is prepared according to the original recipe.
  • By 15-20 days, the number of bifidobacteria in the residue and each new portion becomes so large that for the next 10 days the need for bifidumbacterin disappears. The medicine is prepared only with milk and sour cream.
  • Then a month break is required.
  • The course is repeated in the same way, but instead of bifidumbacterin, lactobacterin is used, and then these drugs alternate.

Treatment of dysbiosis with strawberries

Strawberries are used in many folk recipes for various diseases due to the beneficial substances contained in its grass, leaves and fruits. For the intestines, its fresh berries are of particular value, which improve the conditions for the growth of beneficial microflora. Fruits give bifidobacteria resources for fermentation (fiber), and various active substances inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria and stimulate muscle contractions of the intestinal walls.

A popular recipe for eating strawberries to solve intestinal problems: you just need to eat one glass of fresh strawberries on an empty stomach for 10 days in a row. To improve the effect, after taking strawberries, you can endure without breakfast until noon, so that the berries are better absorbed by the body.

One woman suffered from such a disease as dysbiosis for a very long time. Therefore, she constantly had to limit herself in food, she was tormented by constant pain. A lot of money was spent on pills, but nothing really helped. Then she decided to use a folk remedy for the treatment of dysbiosis.

For 300 g of Jerusalem artichoke, you need to take a glass of milk, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of butter, 1 tablespoon of wheat flour, herbs and salt to taste. Cut the peeled root vegetables into cubes, put in boiling milk, half diluted with water and cook over low heat until tender. Pour the milk into another bowl, heat it to a boil again, put in it wheat flour, sautéed in butter, as for a white sauce, and, stirring, boil until thickened. Pour this sauce over Jerusalem artichoke and stir so as not to crease. Serve this delicious dish with parsley or dill. This method helped her a lot. Now she lives and does not know any special restrictions on food. The pains are gone.

Dysbiosis treatment with fresh garlic

Garlic is a good remedy in the fight against intestinal dysbiosis. If fermentation and putrefaction occurs in the intestines after taking carbohydrate food, which leads to unpleasant and painful sensations, then just eat a clove of garlic one hour before meals. There should be garlic without bread, washed down with yogurt. Be sure to eat 2-3 cloves of garlic after dinner, that is, before bed.

Treatment of dysbiosis with Potentilla

Cinquefoil very well helps with dysbiosis. You will feel the effect immediately. Cinquefoil is especially useful for diarrhea associated with dysbiosis, has a great anti-inflammatory effect.

To prepare the broth, just take a tablespoon of Potentilla and pour a glass of boiling water over it. Boil for 15 minutes, let it brew for one night. You should drink a third of a glass 3 times a day.
