Hydrogen peroxide in the treatment of arthrosis
Another real life case. One woman, living alone, suffered from arthrosis, rheumatism and polyarthritis and there was no one to help her. She could not even get to work, because the pains in the knee joints brought her to fainting. The doctors told her that there was nothing they could do to help at this stage of the disease. For a whole month I hardly slept: my veins were swollen, my legs were covered with huge bumps, I was constantly tormented by convulsions. Pain can be tolerated, but cramps cannot be tolerated.
But one day in some newspaper she came across an article in which it was said that there is a remedy - hydrogen peroxide. She immediately started drinking hydrogen peroxide and was very happy that this recipe attracted her attention. After 9 months, very slowly, but the pains began to disappear. Now she can at least go to work. To evaluate the results, you need to take the medicine for a very long time, and then you will notice that your health is better than 3 or 6 months ago.

Horseradish compress for joint pain
Some people cannot cure arthrosis for a long time. And we can tell you a good recipe for alternative treatment of arthrosis, with which many have successfully cured deforming arthrosis and even a hip fracture. Rather buy horseradish or pluck in your garden. Grind the roots on a grater, and then let them steam in water over low heat, but the water should not boil. Put the resulting composition on a canvas cloth, having previously wetted it with such a drug. And then apply to the affected areas. Stock up on dried roots for winter too. When necessary again, chop the roots, steam and apply to sore spots. Let's tell a little story from real life who was helped by this treatment. One woman broke her hip and her son took her to a hospital in St. Petersburg. There, the woman learned that horseradish heals fractures well. At that time she was already given a record in the hospital. And three months later she went back to that hospital. The doctor looked and concluded that there was no need to put on a new disc. Everything has grown together as it should have been. |
Compress for arthrosis
Many elderly people are constantly suffering from arthrosis and salt deposition. In this case, you should pay attention to traditional medicine, which is sometimes much more effective than traditional medicine. Take 5% medicinal iodine, 10% ammonia, honey May flower, medicinal bile, and glycerin. Take all components in equal proportions. Stir them and leave for ten days in a place where there is no sunlight. Before making compresses, shake the mixture, pour some of the broth into a small jar and heat in a water bath. Then soak napkins in this warmed broth and place them on the joint before going to bed. Place cellophane and wool fabric on top. Do this treatment every day until you are healthy. |

Recipe number 1: How to relieve joint pain with cabbage
A long-known "drug" for eliminating painful sensations in arthrosis is cabbage leaves. This herb is beneficial both when used in the daily diet and when used as a compress. There are two common ways to treat arthrosis with fresh cabbage leaves in traditional medicine. Each of them is good in its own way. Both give approximately the same effect.
The first option is juice from cabbage leaves
In folk medicine, cabbage juice has long been used when it is necessary to reduce the pain syndrome that occurs in patients with osteoarthritis of the joints. And the effectiveness of this method is quite high. You can make cabbage juice if you take a medium-sized head of cabbage and cut it into medium-sized pieces with a knife. After that, the cabbage slices are transferred to a bowl: enameled is better, but it is also possible in a metal one, made of metal that is not subject to oxidation.
Then the cabbage needs to be thoroughly kneaded - with the help of a crush or just with your hands. And put the resulting mass in a juicer. The compress preparation is ready.
Now you need a small piece of woolen fabric or a small piece of wool. In this case, the fabric should be pure wool, without the addition of synthetic fibers. After wetting the fabric in cabbage juice so that the material is completely saturated, the compress is gently applied to the sore joint. The regularity of applying compresses is once a day. Better to do this in the evenings.
It is allowed to store ready-made cabbage juice no longer than three days. Then it loses its beneficial properties. You need to keep it in a dark place.
The second option is a sheet compress
There is practically no need to cook anything. It's even easier than making a compress with cabbage juice.
It is recommended in the evening, before going to bed, to remove the largest and juiciest leaves from a large head of cabbage. They must be fresh, not dry. Then honey, usually floral, is applied to the concave surface of the leaves. And with the same side, the sheet is applied to the painful joint. A plastic wrap and a piece of wool, which is applied over a fresh cabbage leaf, help enhance the effect of the compress.
The cabbage leaf compress is left overnight, and the next day, remove and remove the remaining honey with warm water. It is advised to repeat the procedure for at least one month. Such a long period of therapy is explained by the fact that the medicinal ingredients gradually accumulate in the affected tissues and begin to "work" over time.
Recipe # 2: Rubbing to relieve joint pain
The recipe for this drug from the arsenal of traditional medicine is very simple. It can be prepared very easily, and then it is possible to use it for a long time, since the product lasts a long time. For the manufacture of rubbing, you need to purchase dry elecampane root in any pharmacy in the village and combine the dried plant fragments with vodka. The ratio in the recipe is as follows: 50 g elecampane plus 125 ml of vodka. The mixture must be mixed well and left to infuse. It is recommended to put the dishes with the mixture in some dark place so that the sun's rays do not fall on it. The time it takes for the mixture to infuse is at least twelve days. After this period, rubbing can be applied to the skin in the area of the affected joint. Do this daily until the pain disappears. |

Recipe number 3: Therapeutic oatmeal compresses
An effective remedy for arthrosis is oatmeal, which can usually be found in the kitchen in any family. Flakes "Hercules" or other products from oat grains in the amount of four to five tablespoons must be poured with water, which was previously brought to a boil. Place the dishes on the stove and cook over low heat. Cooking time is about six to eight minutes. There should be a little water - the porridge should turn out to be viscous. After cooling the porridge, you need to take a piece of dense fabric made of natural threads (wool, cotton, linen), put oatmeal on it, wrap it up and apply a compress to the painful area. For the best effect, the fabric is covered with plastic wrap and bandaged to the body. Keep the oatmeal compress throughout the night. Fresh oatmeal is boiled every time before making the compress. It is important. After a day, all the nutrients in it are already destroyed. Although you can store the cooked porridge for twenty-four hours, it is best to cook a new one. |
Recipe number 4: Compresses with kefir and eggshell
The shell of chicken eggs is ground to a powder state, and then thoroughly mixed with kefir: it is added so much so that the mixture becomes thick.
Then the resulting gruel is wrapped in linen cloth, folded into an envelope and applied to the sore joint. Apply polyethylene on top and fix the compress on the body. It is recommended to leave the "lotion" for two to two and a half hours and perform the procedure daily.
The effect of using such a compress is also based on the fact that eggshells contain a lot of calcium, which is needed for normal joint function.
Recipe number 5: a compress of chalk and yogurt
Instead of a shell, you can add chalk to the mixture. Ordinary chalk, which is used for writing on a blackboard, is ground in a mortar to a powder state. The chalk used in construction is not suitable for the manufacture of such a compress: it contains many inclusions that, if in contact with the skin, can harm human health. Kefir or other dairy product - sour cream or yogurt is added to the chalk powder. All ingredients are thoroughly mixed. The mass should be thick. It is applied to the affected joint and hermetically closed with a piece of plastic wrap or a plastic bag. The compress is left on the body for several hours - overnight. The next morning, remove and remove the remaining mixture with a napkin. Such a compress made of chalk with dairy products, experts say, helps relieve painful sensations and at the same time has a beneficial effect on the blood circulation process and reduces the manifestations of edema. |

Recipe # 6: Dandelion Flower Treatment
Dandelions have long been known as an effective remedy that works well for joint diseases. For patients with arthrosis, it is proposed to use this plant in two different versions.
The first way
To prepare the compress, you need dandelion flowers collected in May. The inflorescences can be used fresh. Or it can be dried for use in home treatments later.
If you plan to make a compress from freshly picked flowers, you need to take five buds, wash them thoroughly under pre-boiled water. After this, the inflorescences must be chewed - so that the gruel is not very thick.
A compress from pre-prepared dried dandelions is prepared from both flowers and leaves. A handful of dry plants are poured with boiling water, the mixture is cooled slightly. And then they chew it.
The resulting gruel is applied to the sore joint, covered with plastic wrap on top and left for a while. It is recommended to make such a compress daily.
Second way
You can use a dandelion infusion. It is prepared from fresh or dried flowers and triple cologne.
You will need five glass bottles made of dark glass. Each should be half filled with dandelions. After that, a triple cologne is carefully poured into the bottles - so that the liquid reaches the neck. Then the bottles are closed with lids. They are placed in a dark place where the room temperature is. Dandelions need to be infused for at least thirty days.
After 30 days, the infusion is filtered, and the medicine can be used. It is very simple to do this: just erase the painful areas with light movements.
This procedure is best done in the evenings, on the eve of going to bed. And this procedure must be performed regularly - daily. The effect, in the form of the disappearance of the pain syndrome, is usually observed after five to eight weeks.
You can use both methods of treating arthrosis with dandelions at the same time, alternating compresses with rubbing in tincture. This, according to experienced people, has the most powerful effect.
Recipe # 7: Honey Lapping
Joint pain in traditional medicine is relieved with honey rubbing. For their preparation, honey is needed, as well as glycerin, alcohol and iodine solution. The ratio is about the same proportions. All ingredients are well mixed. The mixture is left to infuse for two to three hours. And then you can use it right away. A piece of cotton wool is impregnated with the mixture and gently lubricate the skin in the area of the painful joint with it. In this case, movements are made in the direction from bottom to top. To improve the effect, it is recommended to lubricate not only one joint, but also the surrounding skin - lower and higher, which will help improve blood flow in the joint. Lapping, made with honey, relieves pain and at the same time helps to better absorb the beneficial ingredients. honey actively contributes to the fact that they quickly penetrate the skin and enter the affected joint with the bloodstream. |
Recipe number 8: Healing pine baths
A well-known folk remedy for the treatment of diseased joints in patients with arthrosis is pine needles. It is used to prepare medicinal baths. Taking such baths is not only beneficial, but also pleasant: essential oils of coniferous trees have a relaxing and calming effect. To prepare a coniferous bath, you need several pine branches with needles. And also Jerusalem artichoke (earthen pear): a few tubers that need to be cut into small pieces. Branches and pieces of Jerusalem artichoke are dipped into a bathtub filled with hot water. A teaspoon of turpentine made from pine resin (gum) is also added there. You can also add a kilogram of sea salt and two tablespoons of table honey. It is recommended to stay in a fragrant bath for no more than twenty minutes. After that, the skin is wiped with a towel, and a mesh is drawn on the area of the painful joint with iodine and this place is smeared with floral honey. To enhance the effect, a steamed mesh of pork fat is applied to the affected area. To make the result lasting, coniferous baths are advised to be taken for ten to twelve days daily. |
