You need to take the broth four times a day before meals (15 minutes). Chewing sorrel leaves is also beneficial and effective.

An infusion of peppermint or an alcoholic tincture of celery is also suitable for rinsing (a couple of teaspoons of the plant are infused in a glass of vodka for two weeks). Before the procedure, dilute the tincture (20 drops) with fifty milliliters of cool boiled water. The oral cavity can also be rinsed with an infusion of alder leaves: 20 g of raw materials are brewed in half a liter of boiling water. Rinsing should be done at least six times a day. A monthly infusion of kombucha is used in a similar way.

You can also use a collection of oak bark, St. John's wort, birch leaves, chamomile and nettle. The ingredients are taken in equal parts and brewed like tea.

You can also insist strawberries (three tablespoons per 250 ml of water; leave for four hours). The medicine should be drunk four times a day for a quarter of a glass. The effect will be better if taken before meals.
