The formation of adhesions of the pelvic organs is a process that has a detrimental effect on a woman's health and on her reproductive abilities. Adhesions arise from the reaction of the peritoneum to inflammation, trauma and surgery. This smooth connective tissue, lining the abdominal cavity from the inside, normally provides unhindered contraction and relaxation, a change in position relative to each other of the uterus, its appendages and other organs.

Due to the inflammation that occurs as a result of the introduction of infection, trauma, as well as after medical manipulations, the structure of the peritoneum changes. Its defense mechanisms, trying to limit the site of damage, stimulate the formation of fibrin on the surface of delicate tissue. The threads of this protein connect the internal organs to each other in order to limit the area of the spread of pathological phenomena. This is how the adhesive process begins. If it is not stopped in time, the adhesions are transformed into coarse cords, firmly holding together the pelvic organs, interfering with their normal functioning.

Possible problems arising from adhesions:

  • Ovulation is impaired;
  • The risk of ectopic pregnancy increases;
  • The mobility of the genitals is limited, there are frequent pains;
  • A normal sex life becomes impossible due to discomfort and pain;
  • The likelihood of conception and successful pregnancy is reduced.

To overcome all these problems, complex treatment is required under the guidance of a gynecologist, psychologist, phyto- and physiotherapist. It includes both traditional medicines (vitamin and mineral complexes, anti-inflammatory drugs and drugs for resorption of adhesions) and alternative methods.

Traditional medicine recipes:

  • The use of stone oil for applications, douching and ingestion;
  • Douching with badan decoction;
  • Using a complex of herbs: red brush and borax uterus;
  • Ingestion of cinquefoil tincture;
  • The use of hirudotherapy (leech therapy),
  • Treatment with Longidase - a drug intended for the destruction of adhesions.

To achieve a lasting and full effect, all the points of this treatment must be followed, otherwise the recovery process will take a long time or it will be impossible to eliminate adhesions completely.

Treatment of adhesions with medicinal leeches

Treatment of adhesions with medicinal leeches
Treatment of adhesions with medicinal leeches

The traditions of the use of leeches for the regeneration of tissues and organs, for the restoration of the health of the organism were already familiar to the Aesculapians of Ancient Greece. The effectiveness of hirudotherapy in the treatment of adhesions is based on the activity of the enzyme hyaluronidase, which is part of the saliva of leeches. Hyaluronidase softens adhesions better than any drugs, makes them permeable to the effects of other drugs, reduces size and length. The result of this treatment is the restoration of the mobility of the pelvic organs.

A hirudotherapy session lasts for half an hour. This time is usually enough for the leech to get full and separate from the installation site. They are placed on the projection of problem areas, the skin of which should not have any odor (perfumes, soaps with fragrances). A wound in the skin made by a leech does not immediately heal - lymph and blood ooze from it within 4-20 hours.

After the end of the session, a sterile napkin is applied to the places where the leeches are applied. The time of the next hirudotherapy session is assigned individually. In total, they will need 7-10 for the course of treatment. As a precaution for the treatment of adhesions, sterile leeches specially grown for these needs are used. There are practically no side effects of such sessions.

"Longidaza" softens adhesions

Women with a history of acute and chronic inflammation of the uterus and its appendages, endometriosis, hidden genital infections, will certainly appreciate the new drug for softening adhesions. Longidase are suppositories based on hyaluronidase conjugate. This enzyme is able to break down the connective tissue of adhesions, softening them not only in the peritoneum, but also in the uterine cavity, in the fallopian tubes.

Longidaza drug action:

  • In chronic infections, it softens adhesions, increases the permeability of tissues for therapy with antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs;
  • It is used after gynecological operations to prevent adhesions and intrauterine synechiae;
  • With endometriosis, it reduces the risk of adhesion formation;
  • With tubal infertility, it helps to restore the patency of the fallopian tubes;
  • In the case of acute inflammation, it has an anti-inflammatory effect, prevents the transition of the process to a chronic form and the formation of adhesions.

The new technology for stabilizing the enzyme with a high-molecular-weight carrier used in the manufacture of the drug makes Longidaza a universal drug.

Properties of suppositories Longidaza:

  • Used in acute forms of the disease, when most enzymes lose their activity in the internal environment of organs and tissues;
  • They effectively affect not only the newly formed formations, but the adhesions that have arisen a long time ago;
  • Stimulate blood circulation, prevent the proliferation of pathologically altered tissues;
  • They are convenient for use, since the frequency of their use is 1 candle once every 3 days.

Despite the exceptional properties, treatment with Longidaza should be carried out in combination with other drugs and folk remedies, since in addition to softening adhesions, their destruction is also required, and this effect can be achieved only with complex treatment of adhesions.
