Diet for fatty hepatosis

There are several main causes of fatty hepatosis. This is an irrational diet, abuse of alcoholic beverages, uncontrolled intake of medications (antibiotics), some pathologies of internal organs, diabetes mellitus, increased body weight. Treatment of hepatosis primarily comes down to eliminating the causes that caused the appearance of the disease. One of the most effective methods in the fight against hepatosis is considered a specially selected diet.

Fatty hepatosis refers to diseases that affect the liver. Pathology contributes to the deposition of excess fat in liver cells (hepatocytes), which becomes the cause of their death. Over time, the tissues of the organ are replaced by connective tissue. Hepatosis causes serious damage to the liver and can lead to the development of cirrhosis or oncology.

The main tasks of the diet for fatty hepatosis

The diet for fatty hepatosis is designed to normalize the main functional abilities of the liver, restore the metabolism of fats and cholesterol. In addition, diet therapy provides the necessary level of glycogen in the liver, which contributes to the formation of glucose in sufficient quantities to support the functioning of internal organs and systems. In some cases, only by adjusting the patient's diet, it is possible to achieve the normalization of the process of excretion of bile necessary for digestion, thereby stopping the further development of the disease.
