  • Blueberry Tea Treatment - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of leaves and the same amount of blueberries. You also need one teaspoon of finely chopped licorice rhizome. These components should be brewed in a thermos designed for 600 ml of water. After 30 minutes, strain the broth. Take 4 times a day, 150 ml.

    In addition, bilberry extract can be used as eye drops. For this purpose, two parts of chilled water should be taken for one part of the juice. It is advisable to instill at least five to six drops of juice into each eye. This algorithm is recommended to be carried out in the morning, barely waking up;

  • Cherry Leaves - since it is in the middle of the day that the eyes are at their maximum, at this stage the following remedy will be the most effective in recovering from myopia. Use four fresh cherry leaves and soak them for 10 minutes in warm water. The leaves prepared in this way (two for each eye) should be applied to the closed eyes and left overnight. To do this, they can be secured with a sleep bandage. This procedure should take at least 30 minutes and should be repeated every evening before going to bed;
  • Rosehips and nettles - chop nettles. Then one Art. a spoonful of herbs together with the same amount of rosehip berries are brewed in a thermos with 600 ml of boiling water. The presented medicine is insisted for at least two hours. The broth is cleaned and used three times a day, 200 ml;
  • Treatment with eyebright - it is recommended to brew two tablespoons of finely chopped eyebright in 500 ml of boiling water. The tool is insisted for 20 minutes, and then cleaned. They consume it before eating 3 times a day, 50 ml each.

    In addition, mini-baths for the eyes are prepared from eyebright. For this purpose, one Art. a spoonful of eyebright should be brewed in 100 ml of boiling water. The solution should be infused for at least 20 minutes and then it should be cleaned. The resulting product should be instilled into the eyes daily, one drop at a time;

  • Coniferous syrup - spruce needles and young branches must be finely chopped. Five tablespoons of the needles processed in this way are brewed in 600 ml of boiling water. This product is prepared in a water bath for about six hours. After that, the medicine should be filtered and one tablespoon of honey should be added to it. Syrup is used three times a day, one tablespoon after eating. The treatment cycle should last for three months (it is advisable to carry out such an eye restoration twice a year);
  • Compresses based on green tea - two teaspoons of green tea in the leaves, you need to pour a glass of boiling water and leave for about 15 minutes. In the resulting composition, the discs are soaked and applied to the eyes for 20 minutes;
  • Lingonberry treatment is another effective way to get rid of vision problems. Two glasses of lingonberries are mixed with less honey (one glass). The medicine is kept in a refrigerator and consumed twice a day for three tbsp. spoons;
  • Powder from velvet - the inflorescences of velvet are divided into petals and dried in a dark place, always under conditions of optimal - room - temperature. The dried petals are crushed to a powdery state. It is taken twice a day (preferably in the morning and in the evening) no more than one tablespoon with water;
  • Goat milk - whey, consisting of goat's milk, is heated in a water bath for half an hour. It should be heated to a temperature of 60 ° C, while it should not be brought to a boil.   • Rosemary treatment - 2 tbsp dried spoons or three tbsp. spoons of fresh rosemary must be brewed in 300 ml of boiling water. Then the medicine is insisted for 20 minutes and only then filtered. It is used as special baths every day for no longer than 15 minutes. The most suitable time of day for this is before going to bed;
  • Cranberries with honey and lemon - squeeze about half of a lemon into 200 ml of boiling water. Add 100 ml of freshly squeezed cranberry juice and one tablespoon of honey to the same container. The solution is taken in the morning, after a night's sleep. This remedy, like everyone else, really helps in the process of combating myopia.
