And here is another folk remedy that helps in the treatment of hyperhidrosis. You can apply oak bark powder overnight and wear over socks. So sleep in them all night. Wash your feet with cool water in the morning. Also, sometimes a little granulated sugar or potato starch is poured into socks. And it's best to wash your feet every day with cold water only.
