Medicinal plants have long helped people cope with diseases of the oral mucosa. Among them, an honorable place is occupied by the mighty oak, whose bark has a strong anti-inflammatory effect. Oak bark must be crushed and filled with 20 g of boiling water (250 ml), then evaporated in a water bath for at least half an hour. Then the medicine is removed from the fire and cooled (patients with stomatitis cannot eat and drink hot food and liquid). The cooled broth is filtered and boiled water is added, bringing to the original volume. You need to use this tool for rinsing the mouth. It will help with stomatitis and gum disease.

An effective folk method for treating diseases of the oral mucosa is rinsing with juices of various plants. Traditional healers also recommend using potato juice or gruel from tubers grated on a fine grater.
Another method is to rinse your mouth with garlic juice (3 cloves) mixed with a couple of teaspoons of yogurt. This remedy burns, but has a good healing effect.

There are many collections of medicinal herbs that are of great help in the treatment of diseases of the oral mucosa. Below are the most effective and popular folk recipes.
Collection 1. Three tablespoons of sage leaves, calendula inflorescences, lobular nightshade and pharmacy agaric are mixed and pour 3 tablespoons of collection with a liter of boiling water. This remedy is suitable for the treatment of complex ulcerative stomatitis. They can both rinse the mouth, and drink sip up to 9 times a day.
Collection 2. Combine the leaves of the white birch (2 tablespoons), the herb of medicinal burnet (3 tablespoons), the knotweed (3 tablespoons) and the flax change (4 tablespoons). For a liter of boiling water, take 3 tablespoons of this collection. They drink it up to seven times a day in small sips. The remedy will help to cope with annoying stomatitis.
Flax seeds can be brewed separately: pour 2 teaspoons with boiling water (200 ml), boil and season. This infusion will help the healing of mouth ulcers.

Pharmaceutical tincture of calendula has a good anti-inflammatory and healing effect. A teaspoon of the medicine is mixed with boiled water (100-200 ml), or its inflorescences (20 g) are brewed in a glass of water. The remedy is used for rinsing with stomatitis and inflammation of the gums.
Chamomile is used in a similar way. A teaspoon of the inflorescences of this plant is poured with a glass of boiling water and left for half an hour. Infusion washed with inflammation of the oral cavity.
Sage is also a good remedy. The leaves of the plant are crushed and pour a tablespoon of half a liter of boiling water. The drug is left for half an hour, after which it is filtered and used for rinsing.
It is extremely important during treatment to follow a sparing diet, take vitamins, quit smoking and drinking alcohol.
