The botanical characteristic of the lure is high
Zamaniha high is a deciduous thorny shrub of the Araliev family. The characteristic feature of this medicinal plant is a long, creeping, woody root. Straight unbranched stem covered with small thorns (3–10 mm in length). The leaves are rounded, reaching 35 cm in diameter. The flowers are small, colored green, collected in an oblong complex brush. The fruits of the plant are succulent fleshy drupes of a spherical shape, up to 12 mm in diameter, colored yellow-red.
Zamaniha blooms in summer months (June-July), bears fruit in August-September.
The natural area of the high lure is the upper strip of mountain forests of the Ussuri region and the territory of the Far East. This shrub grows mainly on steep rocky slopes.
Useful properties of zamanihi
The medicinal raw material of high zamanihi is a root with a rhizome, which are harvested in the fall. Before drying, the roots must be cleaned of soil and washed under cold water, and only after that they are cut into small fragments and slightly wilted in the air. Further, the drying process continues indoors.
Storage of finished medicinal raw materials must necessarily take place in a place protected from light (if it is a glass jar, then the glass must be opaque).
In its chemical composition, the root with the rhizome of zamanihi contains such active substances as essential oils, resinous substances, coumarins, flavonoids, glycosides, minerals and, in small amounts, alkaloids.
Reception of a healing infusion of high zamaniha has a stimulating, tonic, antidiabetic and anti-inflammatory effect on the body.
Application of lure
In folk medicine, zamanihi tincture is used as an effective stimulant for various forms of asthenia (including in pregnant women), with hypotension (low blood pressure), depression, a sluggish form of schizophrenia, heart failure, physical and mental stress and dysfunction of the reproductive system in men. In the course of clinical studies, it has been proven that taking zamanihi tincture promotes a faster decrease in blood sugar levels in insulin-dependent patients.

Zamanihi tincture in its mechanism of action is close to ginseng tincture. The stimulating and tonic effect of the medicinal product on the body is due to the entire complex of active active substances that are part of the chemical composition of this medicinal plant.
Zamaniha for women
One of the indications for the use of high teaspoon tincture is the climacteric period in women, which is characterized by increased irritability, sleep disturbances, general fatigue, apathy, and a sharp change in mood. Regular intake of the healing tincture will help smooth out the overall negative picture and return the woman to a good mood, relieve fatigue and increased irritability.
High tempting tincture recipes
Recipe No. 1. 20 g of crushed medicinal raw material is poured into 100 ml of 70% ethyl alcohol, then left for 10-14 days in a warm and dark place, after which the resulting infusion is filtered into a clean and dry container (if a glass jar, then it should be made of dark glass). Take the resulting drug 30-40 drops 2-3 times a day.
Recipe number 2. 1 part of the crushed medicinal raw material is poured with 5 parts of 70% ethyl alcohol. Take this tincture 2 times a day, 20-30 drops.
Bait root
One of the characteristic differences between the high lure and other medicinal plants is the presence of a powerful root system with a long creeping root. In favorable growing conditions, the root can reach a length of two meters. The accessory roots of the bait are soft and fleshy. The entire root system of the plant is close to the surface of the earth.
The root with the rhizome of zamanihi is the main medicinal raw material used in folk medicine as an effective tonic and stimulant. The collection and procurement of medicinal raw materials occurs during the ripening period of the fruits (September-October).
Zamanihi extract
The extract of high zamanihi is successfully used in modern cosmetology, namely in a number of cosmetics for tired and aging skin. Thanks to its tonic and stimulating effect, Zamanihi extract effectively tightens and smoothes the skin, and also helps in the fight against wrinkles.
Contraindications to the use of zamanihi
Healing infusion of high tempers is contraindicated in the following diseases: hypertension, tachycardia, agitation, fever, excessive aggression. The drug should be used with caution in the evening, as the stimulating effect of the tincture can lead to insomnia.
