How to relieve pressure once and for all
How to relieve pressure once and for all

The problem of high blood pressure has become much younger in recent years. Almost half of overweight people over thirty-five years old already complain of pressure surges, and by the age of fifty, medical statistics become even sadder - up to 80% of respondents note signs of hypertension. To be clear, let us emphasize: hypertension and symptomatic arterial hypertension are different diseases.

The first ailment, as modern experts believe, is hereditary. Hypertensive patients have fragile peripheral vessels, and the farther they are from the heart, the thinner. The heart muscle can also be weakened from birth. With age, these reasons lead to the fact that the heart has to beat more and more intensely in order to supply blood to the distant "corners" of the body. The result is high blood pressure. It is very simple to identify a person predisposed to hypertension: he has cold limbs all the time, while running, he immediately suffocates and experiences stabbing pain in his chest, and he most likely has hypertension in history.

We do not receive the second disease as a "reward" from our relatives, but we earn ourselves with the help of an unhealthy lifestyle and unhealthy diet.

The causes of symptomatic arterial hypertension are as follows:

  • Smoking, alcoholism and drug addiction;
  • Being overweight and high in cholesterol;

  • Clogging of blood vessels with inorganic calcium;
  • Dysfunctions and chronic diseases of the heart, kidneys, liver, gall and urinary bladder;
  • Stress and fatigue at work.

All five causes of high blood pressure can be eliminated if desired. The fourth factor is the most difficult to cope with, but even here the situation is not hopeless.

And our today's conversation will be devoted to the fight against the second and third causes of high blood pressure, and more specifically - to cleanse blood vessels at home with the help of freshly squeezed vegetable juices.

Why are blood vessels clogged?

Why are blood vessels clogged?
Why are blood vessels clogged?

There are three types of vessels in our body:

  • Arteries - carry scarlet blood, enriched with oxygen and nutrients, from the heart to organs and tissues;
  • Veins - carry dark blood filled with carbon dioxide and waste to the organs that cleanse it, and from there back to the heart;
  • Capillaries are small vessels in which cellular metabolic reactions take place, providing nutrition to organs and tissues.

Each of the three types of blood vessels performs vital functions, and disturbances in their work can provoke high blood pressure. This ailment is most related to the condition of the arteries, but clogged veins and capillaries become an indirect cause of hypertension.

Each type of vessels has its own personal "enemy" - this is what harms them:

  • The arteries accumulate "bad" cholesterol - low density lipoproteins (LDL). High triglyceride levels also contribute to this process. In places where an artery is damaged or thinned, cholesterol plaques form, which interfere with normal blood flow. Consequently, the heart has to pump the "pump" more and more in order to push the blood;

  • Blood clots can form in the veins - blood clots, this is due to too high a level of clotting. The thrombus also selects damaged and thinned areas of the venous epithelium as an attachment site. "Separation" of a large blood clot is often fatal, so they are urgently removed by surgery. Drug treatment of thrombosis and thrombophlebitis is carried out with the help of anticoagulants - drugs that thin the blood. And we can only prevent these formidable diseases with the help of special nutrition;
  • In the capillaries, in addition to small blood clots, calcareous areas can form. This is due to insoluble calcium, which accumulates in our body as a result of excessive consumption of starch, boiled and fried foods. Capillary fragility leads to inadequate nutrition and blood supply to the tissues, and this is a direct road to high pressure.

The amino acid homocysteine plays a decisive role in the formation of thinning and damage on the walls of blood vessels. It is formed from methionine contained in fatty animal products (meat, sausages, sausages, cottage cheese, cheese). Folic acid and other organic acids found in fruits and vegetables help neutralize homocysteine.

It should be noted that the vessels can also become clogged with microbes, bacteria and their waste products, as well as gases (for example, among diving enthusiasts). Both of these situations are extremely dangerous and require medical attention.

Attention! This method is not suitable if you need to relieve pressure urgently!

If you need to quickly release pressure, then you need this method.

How to cleanse blood vessels with vegetable juices?

the juice
the juice

You probably know very well about the nutritional and vitamin-mineral value of freshly squeezed vegetable juices: they are absorbed almost instantly, within ten minutes, and useful substances immediately enter the bloodstream.

But among these substances there are also those that act like a solvent. They break down cholesterol plaques and calcareous "shells", thin blood that is too thick and even expel sand accumulated there from the kidneys, urinary and gall bladder.

How does it work?

Beet juice

Fresh juice from red beets and their tops contains:

Australian and British scientists conducted a series of studies in 2010-2011 and found that daily consumption of 500 milliliters of beetroot juice significantly lowers blood pressure. Conversion of nitrates by intestinal bacteria into nitric oxide, which relaxes and dilates blood vessels, thus allowing blood to circulate more freely, improves the condition of hypertensive patients.

  • Vitamins A, B1, B2, B9, C, PP;
  • Pectins;
  • Betaine;
  • Organic acids;
  • Sodium, calcium, potassium, iron, copper, magnesium, manganese;
  • Fluorine, chlorine and iodine.

Such an excellent set of vitamins strengthens the immune system, restores strength and fights free radicals, that is, it performs a rejuvenating, antioxidant and anticarcinogenic function in the body.

Pectins fight putrefactive processes in the digestive tract, prevent the reproduction of pathogenic bacteria, promote the breakdown of cholesterol and the elimination of heavy metals and radionuclides from the body.

Betaine is a valuable amino acid essential for the synthesis of choline and its derivative, acetylcholine. Choline prevents the deposition of fat in the internal organs and on the walls of blood vessels, and also breaks down the already accumulated fat, and acetylcholine is involved in conducting nerve impulses in tissues.

Organic acids act as the very natural solvent, thanks to which beets thin and cleanse the blood from accumulated debris: lime, small blood clots and cholesterol plaques.

The mineral composition of beetroot juice deserves special attention. Although there is little iron, its quality and digestibility are very high, which is why beets contribute to the active synthesis of red blood cells - red blood cells, which means it improves our blood. The percentage of sodium and calcium is 10 to 1, which means that calcium in vessels and capillaries will dissolve perfectly. A good twenty to eight balance between potassium and chlorine helps cleanse the liver, gallbladder and kidneys, and stimulates the lymphatic system.

Regular consumption of freshly squeezed beetroot juice is indicated for:

  • Iron deficiency anemia;
  • Disorders of the menstrual cycle and menopause;
  • Obesity and vascular atherosclerosis;
  • Arterial hypertension;
  • Diseases of the liver, biliary tract and urinary system.

Concentrated beet juice has a very powerful effect on the digestive tract. Even nausea, abdominal pain, and mild dizziness are possible. Therefore, it is recommended to drink it in combination with other juices, gradually increasing the dosage.

Carrot juice

Carrot juice

Fresh carrot juice contains:

  • Beta-carotene, B vitamins as well as A, C, E and PP;
  • More than twenty micro and macro elements;
  • Organic acids;
  • Pectins;
  • Flavonoids;
  • Phytoncides.

Carrots are the record holder among all vegetables in terms of beta-carotene content. This substance, entering our body, is converted into vitamin A, which is necessary for sharp vision, beautiful skin and hair, strong bones and nails, proper functioning of the thyroid gland and high resistance to disease.

Among the micro- and macroelements contained in carrot juice, there are sodium, and calcium, and potassium, and iron, and even selenium - a rare mineral that protects against cancer and prolongs reproductive age. We have already discussed the benefits of pectins and organic acids above.

Flavonoids are substances that activate the production of enzymes, improve digestion and strengthen the walls of blood vessels. We can only get flavonoids from raw plant foods. In total, there are more than a hundred names of these useful substances. One of the most famous is routines. It is part of Ascorutin, a drug prescribed for capillary fragility.

The phytoncides contained in carrot juice are similar to those found in garlic and onions. These are natural antibiotics that protect us from infections, colds and digestive disorders caused by pathogenic microflora.

Carrot juice is recommended by doctors:

  • Nursing mothers and expectant mothers;
  • Women in the period of menopause suffering from osteoporosis;
  • People with poor eyesight;
  • Anyone who complains of dry and sagging skin, bad complexion, brittle hair and nails, bad teeth and bleeding gums;
  • Patients suffering from liver, gallbladder and kidney diseases;
  • Hypertensive patients and patients with vascular atherosclerosis.

Cucumber juice

Cucumber juice

Cucumber juice seems useless to many, because it is practically water. Indeed, the water content in it is close to one hundred percent.

But in this weak solution there are many useful substances:

  • Vitamins A, B, C, E, H and PP;
  • Magnesium, potassium, sodium, calcium, iron;
  • Phosphorus, iodine, fluorine, silicon, sulfur;
  • Organic acids.

Drinking freshly squeezed cucumber juice allows you to maintain the correct balance between acids and alkalis in the body. This juice has a mild diuretic effect, moreover, unlike pharmaceutical preparations, it does not wash out invaluable calcium and potassium from the body. Cucumber juice also helps with constipation - one glass in the morning on an empty stomach, and the problem is gone. But the main property of fresh cucumber juice is cleansing. It perfectly removes toxins, improves complexion and helps to reduce excess weight.

Cucumber juice is recommended for:

  • Fluid retention, edema in pregnant women;
  • High blood pressure;
  • Allergies, acne and dull complexion;
  • Digestive disorders (constipation, bloating, flatulence).

Celery, parsley and spinach juice

From greens and root vegetables, you can get no less useful juice than fresh vegetables. It's a little trickier to prepare - you'll need a lot of raw materials and good home appliances - but it's worth the effort.

Celery juice

It is notable for its high sodium in relation to calcium: four to one. We have already mentioned above the problem of insoluble calcium, which clogs our vessels and capillaries with lime. So, the correct ratio of sodium and calcium in the product allows us to receive useful, soluble calcium, which is so necessary for the health of teeth, bones and joints. Celery juice also contains magnesium and iron, which means it improves blood quality.

Parsley juice

It is one of the most concentrated and potent vegetable juices available. It is recommended to drink it at 30-60 grams per day, moreover, as part of juice mixtures. This juice is indicated for adrenal and thyroid gland dysfunctions, menstrual irregularities, inflammatory diseases of the eyes and urogenital area, fragility of blood vessels and capillaries, high cholesterol and triglyceride levels in the blood.

Spinach juice

Raw spinach and freshly squeezed juice from it are simply irreplaceable for bowel diseases. With the help of regular consumption of spinach, you can get rid of chronic constipation without any harm to the body. Most chemical laxatives are addictive. And spinach juice gently relaxes, while cleansing the intestines, improving peristalsis, and removing accumulated toxins. This product is also useful for periodontal disease, caries, hormonal disruptions, high blood pressure and kidney disease.

Kiwi juice

It is impossible not to mention kiwi - although it is a fruit, not a vegetable, there are very few sugars and calories in it, about 40 kcal per 100 grams. But there is a lot of vitamin C, potassium, manganese, phosphorus, magnesium, iron and beneficial fruit acids, thanks to which kiwi juice cleanses blood vessels and helps to lower blood pressure.

Kiwi is one of the few fruits that can and should be consumed with diabetes. It is also suitable for those who want to lose weight. Just one glass of freshly squeezed kiwi juice a day fully meets the adult's need for vitamin C. This product also has a delicate diuretic and laxative effect. But it is not recommended for people with peptic ulcer and high acidity of the stomach.

It's better to juice this exotic fruit without peeling it. Kiwi peel contains a lot of antioxidants and substances that prevent early aging and graying of hair. If you are confused by coarse hairs, you can first rub the skin with a brush.

Juice recipes for cleansing blood vessels

You need to cook vegetable juices from high-quality, unaged fruits at room temperature. Plump or heavily chilled vegetables won't give you much juice, so choose only fleshy, firm fruits that have been at room temperature for at least two hours.

If you do not have a modern juicer with a centrifuge (or even better - a screw juicer), you can, of course, grate vegetables on a fine grater and squeeze through sterile gauze (the so-called Pythagoras juicer), but this is a very laborious and tedious process. It is better to allocate funds for the purchase of good technology, because this is a reasonable investment - a juicer will definitely come in handy for everyone who cares about their beauty and health.

To achieve the maximum therapeutic effect, you need to use only freshly prepared juices !!!

The vegetable juice mixture is stored in the refrigerator for no more than an hour (no more than a day if you have an auger juicer). Further, the juice may lose its beneficial properties, or even ferment altogether.

First recipe

the juice
the juice

To make juice for high blood pressure, you will need:

  • Carrots - 7 parts;
  • Celery (in more detail: the benefits and harms of celery) - 4 parts;
  • Spinach - 3 parts;
  • Parsley - 2 parts.

You can safely drink up to one liter of such juice per day, but you need to get used to it gradually. For the first week of treatment, 20 minutes before meals, drink half a glass of the mixture (or even less, up to 1 tablespoon, if you have a lot of chronic digestive diseases). If you do not notice any discomfort or disturbances in the digestive tract, after a week you can increase the dosage to one glass 4 times a day.

The standard cleansing course lasts one month, then you need to take a break for two weeks, and you can repeat the treatment.

Second recipe

To prepare a juice mixture to cleanse blood vessels and activate blood formation, you will need:

  • Carrots - 10 parts;
  • Beets - 3 parts;
  • Cucumber - 3 parts;
  • Kiwi - 1 part.

Such a fruit and vegetable cocktail is taken in a smaller dosage: the first week, three tablespoons 20 minutes before meals (you can even start with 1 tablespoon if you are well over 40-50), and then half a glass three to four times a day …

Beet juice should be handled with extreme care. If you feel dizzy or nauseous even after a few spoonfuls of the above mixture, reduce the beet juice content to one part and then gradually increase to the prescription value.

Why juice and not fresh vegetables?

A natural question may arise: why not eat fresh vegetables whole, because they contain fiber, which, like a dishwashing brush, cleans out harmful waste from the intestines?

The answer is simple: if you are confident in the quality of vegetables (you have grown them in your own garden), you can safely gnaw raw carrots and cook light salads with beet tops, spinach, cucumbers, celery, parsley and other useful gifts of nature. But if you have to buy groceries in stores and in the market, think - are they so safe?

Modern agriculture uses nitrates, herbicides and other chemicals to fight pests and preserve crops. All these fertilizers, albeit in small quantities, are deposited in the fruits. Squeezing out the juice, we get all the most useful that is contained in vegetables and fruits, and harmful components remain in the cake.

But there are other reasons as well. You cannot physically eat as many vegetables as you can juice! In addition, the juice is absorbed by the body very quickly and easily, and it takes a lot of time and effort to digest whole vegetables. And if you have a weak digestive system, then why stress it again?

On the subject: Magnesium is the most important mineral for hypertension!

What about fruit?

the juice
the juice

The second logical question: is it really less vitamins, micro- and macroelements and beneficial fruit acids in fruits than in vegetables? Of course not. Fruit can also help cleanse blood vessels and lower blood pressure. However, they contain sugars: fructose and glucose, which in large quantities overload the pancreas!

The daily consumption of fruit juices (especially in large quantities) inevitably pushes the development of diabetes.

In general, fruits are higher in calories than vegetables, which does not contribute to weight loss. They are more likely to cause fermentation in the stomach and intestines, as well as allergic reactions. Frequent consumption of fresh fruit can ruin your teeth - the enamel becomes thinner and tooth decay develops. Of course, among the fruits there are low-calorie and very healthy specimens. But vegetables in terms of reducing pressure and cleansing blood vessels are still preferable.

Juice Treatment Precautions

People with a weakened body and chronic illnesses, especially the elderly, should be very careful about the medication. Before you start drinking freshly squeezed vegetable juices on a regular basis, you should definitely consult with your therapist or geriatrician. Such treatment can give serious side effects in the form of exacerbation of pancreatitis, ulcers, ischemia, cholecystitis, gout. Only the attending physician, who knows about all the features of your body, can give the go-ahead for the cleansing of blood vessels with juices of vegetables or fruits.

Some juices, especially beet juices, give a very pronounced cleansing effect out of habit. People over seventy years old need to start drinking it 1-2 teaspoons a day, and only with good tolerance, gradually increase the dose.

With extreme caution, such treatment should be approached by those who have sand in the gall or bladder. In case of urolithiasis and gallstone disease, the intake of concentrated vegetable juices is generally strictly contraindicated, since sharp stones, coming out, can damage the ducts and cause internal bleeding, not to mention wild pains. Even fine sand under the action of juices is excreted from the body with severe pain and cloudy, dark urine.

When to expect the effect?

To completely normalize blood pressure, lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels in the blood and significantly improve health, you will have to go through two or three full treatment courses, that is, spend several months.

Before giving up this idea because of its slow and dubious effectiveness, ask yourself a question: all this garbage and fat accumulated in your body in a week or a month? No, not for a month, and not even for a year, but for many years of malnutrition and inattention to one's health. So why do you expect vegetable juices or any other technique to solve your problem overnight?

Be patient, and nature is sure to help you deal with high blood pressure. Be healthy!
