One woman got sick gums and began to bleed, the woman decided to carefully study this disease and came to the conclusion that when treating bleeding gums, it is also necessary to carry out procedures to reduce the formation of tartar.
Such an effect can be obtained by using some folk methods - for example, using field horsetail, carrots (garden or wild), birch. Good results are achieved with the introduction of lemon and black radish into the diet. Black radish juice reduces calculus and tartar density, and citric acid maintains a normal pH in the body.
Also, in order to reduce the formation of plaque and tartar, the collection of burdock root and bean peel (in equal parts) helps. One tablespoon of the collection is poured with a glass of boiling water and infused for about 12 hours, and then taken orally 2/3 cup 3 times a day warm.

Soda and herbs for bleeding gums
If your gums are bleeding, then first of all you need to ensure the intake of a complete vitamin and mineral complex into the body. Most often, such diseases are observed in people who have lived in the north for a long time, since their body has been deprived of fresh fruits and vegetables for a long time, that is, vitamins C and P.
Traditional medicine with bleeding gums recommends rinsing the mouth with a solution of baking soda or decoctions of chamomile, sage, oak bark.
As you know, certain herbal remedies have not only hemostatic properties, but also an astringent effect, which has a local anti-inflammatory and weak anesthetic effect. For example, the extract and infusion of water pepper increase the density of the walls of blood vessels, increase blood clotting.
Inflammation of the gums during pregnancy
Many women suffer from gum disease during pregnancy. As a rule, after a while, the disease goes away on its own. Unfortunately, for some women, gum disease persists and even progresses. Periodontal disease occurs. Therefore, such a disease must be treated, and preferably in the early stages of onset. And here is the recipe for gum disease: "Indian toothpaste." An excellent tool.
Three tablespoons of salt, preferably sea salt, grind into powder with a coffee grinder, do not throw away the banana skins. Dry them in the sun, and when they dry, grind them into a powder as well. Take 2 teaspoons of banana powder and mix it with powdered sea salt. Then add lamp oil or olive oil and stir until the consistency of sour cream.
Rub this mixture with your index finger into the upper and lower gums. Do not spit out any saliva that is secreted. Hold it for ten minutes. And when you spit it, don't rinse your mouth with water. Do this procedure twice a day, in the morning and evening.
Collecting herbs for mouthwash
The girl's gums were constantly bleeding. And she decided to try traditional methods of treating gums. It is necessary to use decoctions and tinctures of some herbs as mouth rinses or in the form of applications from cotton swabs applied to the gums. The herbs used are the following: urban gravilat, sandy sedge, blood-red geranium, red cinquefoil (erect), willow loosestrife (crimson grass), burnet, mountain arnica.
Also, chewing gum can help treat bleeding gums. Try chewing gum for 15 minutes after eating.
Simple infusion of St. John's wort
When my gums were bleeding, I decided to be treated with folk recipes and I want to share with you one of these recipes. With bleeding gums, 20 g of dry St. John's wort should be infused in 200 g of vodka or 100 g of alcohol for a week, then diluted with water. Undiluted infusion is necessary to lubricate the gums, rinse your mouth.
