Treatment of polyarthritis with herbal preparations
There are a large number of folk recipes for preparing herbal preparations used to treat polyarthritis. These fees are easy to prepare at home. They will help relieve pain and stop the development of exacerbations of polyarthritis.
Collection 1. Combine thorn flowers, black elder flowers and warty birch leaves with stinging nettle herb in equal amounts and mix. One tablespoon of such a mixture is taken in a glass of water, boiled for 10 minutes and filtered through cheesecloth or a fine sieve. You need to drink the medicine on an empty stomach in a couple of glasses.
Collection 2. In a ratio of 3: 3: 2: 2, mix the roots of burdock, tricolor violet herb, wheatgrass rhizome and Veronica officinalis herb. Pour boiling water (250 ml) over one tablespoon of the collection and boil for 15 minutes. Then you need to strain the broth and drink one glass twice a day. It is better to take the medicine after a meal, after 30-40 minutes.
Collection 3. In equal amounts combine sage leaves, bearberry leaves and St. John's wort with the rhizome of calamus marsh. Pour a tablespoon of the collection with boiling water and boil for 15 minutes, then strain thoroughly and drink a glass twice a day.
Collection 4. The collection of horsetail, buckthorn bark, hernia, juniper fruits and parsley seeds is prepared in a similar way. The ingredients are mixed in equal amounts, cooked over low heat for 15 minutes, filtered and drunk twice a day.
Collection 5. From the herb of field horsetail, bearberry leaves and hernia hernia, taken in equal amounts, make a medicinal infusion. A tablespoon of the collection is poured with boiling water (0.5 l) and filtered. Drink the drug three times a day before each meal. It should be treated for seven days, then take a break for three days (so that no food allergies occur).
Collection 6. Mix two parts of burdock root, veronica and burdock herbs, wheatgrass rhizomes with three parts of tricolor violet and pour 40 g of collection with a liter of water. Boil the medicine for about 15 minutes, then strain and drink 250 ml three times a day. The first dose should be on an empty stomach.
Collection 7. A medicinal decoction is prepared from linden flowers, elder flowers and horse chestnut seeds. The ingredients are mixed in a ratio of 3: 3: 1, respectively, pour a tablespoon of the collection with water (250 ml) and cook for about twenty minutes. After that, the medicine is left to brew for another 15 minutes, sipped and drunk twice a day.
Collection 8. Pour boiling water (0.5 l) into three tablespoons of a mixture of the roots of the field steel, willow bark and soapwort root, taken in equal amounts. You need to infuse the medicine for 10 minutes, then cook for another 10 minutes. It is taken in strained form, one glass three times a day.
Collection 9. Birch leaves, nettle leaves and parsley roots mix with violet grass. All components must be taken equally. One tablespoon of this collection is poured with a glass of hot water (not boiling water) and evaporated in a water bath for 10 minutes. After that, leave for half an hour and savor. Take the medicine warm, half a glass four times a day.
Treatment of polyarthritis with external agents
Traditional medicine also recommends the use of external agents in the treatment of polyarthritis.
Take the duck rhizomes (20 pieces) and boil them in a large volume of water (at least 10 liters). Then the broth must be cooled, a couple of liters should be poured from it, and the rest of the legs and arms soar. Rinse your head with pre-poured water.
You can also make an ointment using the yolk of one egg, a teaspoon of turpentine, and one tablespoon of vinegar. Whisk the ingredients and rub into the skin.
For rubbing, alcoholic tincture of birch buds (20 g of buds per 100 ml of 70-degree alcohol) and tincture of saber (plant stems are poured into a bottle up to half and filled with vodka; insist 3 weeks). You can rub sore joints with fir oil. Before rubbing, it is advisable to warm up the joints with hot (not scalding) sea salt. After rubbing in, you should once again warm up the area affected by polyarthritis.
A good remedy for lotions is mummy (3% solution) and bischofite. Radish juice mixed with honey and vodka is also used for these purposes. Add a tablespoon of kitchen salt, half a glass of honey and 100 ml of vodka to two glasses of fresh radish juice. The ingredients are mixed well and rubbed into the joints affected by polyarthritis, after which they are wrapped in a woolen scarf. This remedy will help relieve pain and aches.
Be sure to take coniferous baths, brewing pine cones and branches. It is also useful to make lotions from alcohol tincture of red clover and lubricate the sore spot with camphor ointment (50 g), alcohol (100 g), egg white (100 g) and mustard powder (50 g). Also, folk healers advise making poultices from chamomile, elderberry, sweet clover and hops.
Diet treatment for polyarthritis
Patients with polyarthritis must follow a diet that reduces acidity. It includes fruit and vegetable salads, boiled vegetables, asparagus, blueberries, sorrel, apples and mountain ash, plums, drupes, and black currants. With exchange polyarthritis, it is recommended to exclude alcohol, coffee and strong tea, meat broths, liver, fried meat, legumes and other foods containing purines from the diet. Dairy and plant foods are useful for patients, and boiled meat and fish can be eaten no more than twice a week. You should know that boiled rice draws out harmful deposits from diseased joints and tissues, so use it in your diet. It is useful to drink rosehip decoction during a diet, eat 200 g of apples or a pound of boiled beets.
