The importance of drinking water

The importance of drinking water
The importance of drinking water

Nowadays, everyone knows from the school course in anatomy that blood consists of corpuscles and plasma. Plasma is a mixture of substances transported by the blood (carbohydrates, proteins, salts, fats, hormones, etc.) dissolved in water. Thus, the density of the blood depends on the amount of water: if the water intake is insufficient, the blood flow becomes more difficult and slows down. In this state of the circulatory system, aggregation of blood clots and the formation of blood clots most often occurs.

The manifestation of signs of varicose veins is closely related to high blood density, therefore, for prevention, it is necessary to drink more water - from 1.5 to 4 liters per day, depending on the weight. Calculating your individual rate is easy: just multiply your weight in kilograms by 30 ml.

If you decide to stick to the correct water intake, keep in mind that it is better not to dramatically increase the amount of fluid you drink. Correctly add 100 ml every third day to allow the body to adapt.

What is the best water to drink?

As it turned out, an important indicator is not only the quantity, but also the quality of the daily consumed water. In order to maintain the health of blood vessels, you need specially activated water, which is also called "living". With varicose veins, it is recommended to drink activated water, which tones the body, helps to strengthen the vascular walls and normalize tissue metabolism.

The effect of "living" water is explained by its negative redox potential or ORP. Ordinary bottled water has a positive ORP, therefore, in the process of its assimilation, electrons are taken away from cellular structures, which contributes to their premature wear. On the other hand, water with negative ORP is absorbed instantly, enhances metabolic processes and does not change the charge of the body's structures, respectively, and the aging process slows down.

Another positive effect of drinking activated water is to reduce the formation of free radicals, which are carcinogens and can provoke malignant neoplasms. Thus, regular use of "living" water allows you to keep the skin youthful and elastic longer, helps prevent cardiovascular diseases, prolongs the cell life cycle and stimulates tissue regeneration. Daily use of activated water for drinking or cooking reduces the risk of malignant tumors and helps treat pyelonephritis by strengthening the immune system and increasing the effectiveness of other medicines.

Water can be activated at home using electrolysis devices, after their use, water with a negative potential is collected at the cathode, and “dead” water with a positive ORP is collected near the anode. The "dead" water does not have to be poured out; it is used to cleanse wounds to prevent infection. They drink "living" water, use it for watering indoor plants and while washing.
