It aims to synthesize hormones that will help regulate the burning of body fat - hormones such as norepinephrine, adrenaline and testosterone.

This will block hormones such as estrogens and insulin. This must be done in order to prevent the accumulation of fat.

There are several successive stages of hormonal dietary nutrition:

  • The stage at which active fat burning occurs. It lasts for half a month.
  • The next phase is aimed at maintaining a stable level of fat burning. It is difficult to determine its timing; it will last until the patient's weight drops to the required level.
  • The final stage is aimed at maintaining body weight at the proper mark.

List of diet foods, which is divided into 5 groups

It is important to focus on those foods that will help burn fat when compiling a diet. The proposed list will allow you to create a menu.

The higher the score of a product from the list, the less often it will need to be included in the menu:

  • 0 points. Foods that do not have points, that is, those that contribute to the production of testosterone and other fat-burning hormones: white meat of turkey and chicken taken from poultry, rabbit meat, lean fish, and mussels. Patients are allowed to eat eggs, various vegetables and mushrooms. For fruits, preference should be given to limes and lemons. It is possible to consume dairy products, but the percentage of their fat content should not exceed two. Greens will help in burning fat, namely parsley and dill, as well as mustard and peas (green)
  • 1 point. Foods that are somewhat less conducive to weight loss are vegetable juices, but they must be freshly squeezed. They can be assigned 1 point.
  • 2 points. Foods that are assigned 2 points should not be present too often on the patient's menu. These include veal, chicken and beef, as well as feta cheese and dairy products, which reach 4% fat. Boiled carrots and beets, as well as fruits have low fat burning properties. Do not use too much vegetable oil for cooking. You can occasionally consume bread that contains bran. From cereals, you can include oatmeal, rice, but not peeled, and buckwheat in the menu. This group of products includes olives and olives.
  • 3 points. It is extremely rare on the patient's table to have products with 3 points. These include absolutely all cheeses, muesli, freshly made fruit juices, millet and yoghurts with various additives. This group also includes dark chocolate.

You cannot eat any confectionery, milk chocolate, sugar, dried fruits and honey. It is undesirable to consume semolina and canned oil. All dairy products with a fat percentage above four are prohibited.

  • The maximum interval between meals should not be more than 3 hours.

  • 300 ml of food is the maximum amount that can be eaten at one time. This portion is slightly more than one glass.
  • The time when the patient takes food is important. Breakfast must be eaten no later than 10 hours and then on schedule with an interval of no more than 3 hours. You can shift the schedule if the patient goes to bed early, since dinner should not be later than three hours before the night's rest.
  • The first phase of the diet involves poor nutrition from the food group that has a zero score. You can fill dishes with 1 tablespoon of oil, preference should be given to olive oil.
  • A sick woman can have a fasting day once a week. At this time, you can only eat fruits and low-fat dairy products.
  • Minimal physical activity should be an obligatory addition to the diet. However, at the stage of recovery, you should not perform too complex exercises, which will only further weaken the body.

When the patient's weight begins to decline sharply, it is necessary to strictly monitor his condition. If there is darkening in the eyes or an attack of sudden weakness occurs, you must lie down after drinking a glass of tea. Half a month is the maximum possible period that stage number one should last.

The transition to the second stage should diversify the menu more. For breakfast, you can eat products with 4 points, a snack before lunch and the lunch itself should consist of products with 2 points, a snack before dinner - 1 point, and for the dinner itself, products from the first group with a zero point are taken.

The third phase in case of hormonal failure is no less important than the previous two, since it is she who will be responsible for maintaining the weight at the desired level. Its constant monitoring is necessary, the products are selected as follows: one point will need to be added to one of the meals. If the weight loss continues, then you can add one more point to another meal. When weight loss stops, you will need to adhere to the existing dietary scheme, but remove the extra point.

In general, with the existing hormonal disorder, it will be necessary to consume as much food as possible, which is of plant origin. It is in such products that phytoestrogens are contained, which have a certain similarity with female sex hormones. Beans and peas are useful in this regard, as well as sprouted wheat grains.

Restrict to a minimum value those products that are in the last group. They can be consumed no more than once a day and only in the final stages of the hormonal diet.

It should be understood that only a hormonal diet is not able to restore weight. It will continue to rise if the necessary treatment is not taken.
