- fatty snacks,
- rich soups,
- honey,
- peanuts and oils from it,
- pastilles,
- marmalade,
- pates of meat and fish,
- soy sauce.
All this increases cholesterol and provokes the formation of cholesterol plaques.
It is better to completely abandon products such as:
- condensed milk,

As folk recipes for this disease, various decoctions are offered:

- If ischemia of the eye is observed, traditional medicine advises drinking carrot juice, just squeezed out. If you can't make juice, you can simply eat more raw carrots.
- Ischemia of the arms and legs is treated with mustard. Its dry grains (thirty to forty grams) are poured into 2 liters of hot water and kneaded. If your feet hurt, do foot baths. If hands - compresses. Both - 20 minutes each.
- Cardiac ischemia is "afraid" of mint water. Crushed dry leaves are poured into a thermos and filled with boiling water (1 l). Leave for half an hour. Drink a glass several times a day. You can make tea with several sea buckthorn and viburnum berries.
- For ischemia of cerebral vessels, hawthorn is used. Half a liter of water (hot) is poured into a bowl with 200 g of dried berries and insisted for two to three hours. This volume is calculated per day, they drink a little.
- For all types of ischemia, adonis herb is used. Two to three tablespoons of tablespoons pour 400 ml of boiling water and leave for 30 minutes. Take twice a day - twenty minutes before meals in the morning and evening.
