There is a study in which 60 patients with stomach ulcers took part. One group was on the usual classic diet, the experimental one received 500 ml. milk for breakfast, 750 ml. for lunch and the same amount for dinner (in addition to basic treatment). As a result, 78% of patients were cured of stomach ulcers in the group that was on the classic diet - this is a common norm in inpatient treatment. However, in the experimental group that drank milk, only 53% recovered. [12].
From this we can conclude that it is not advisable to drink whole milk during treatment.
Menu for a week with stomach ulcer
