Chemical composition of the amygdalin molecule

One molecule of amygdalin contains:

• two units of glucose - a source of clean energy on which any living organism works;
• a unit of benzaldehyde;
• unit of cyanide.

All components are "locked" in the molecule and are inert without beta-glucosidase. For this reason, the latter enzyme (beta-glucosidase) is called "unlocking". There is another enzyme that acts on the amygdalin molecule - the protein rhodanese. It is able to neutralize the effect of cyanide, "disassembling" it into products that are safe and even useful for living cells. This gave rhodanese the title of "protective" enzyme.

Action on cells of the human body

Nature has provided for the protection of living cells from plant foods containing amygdalin at two levels at once:

• all of them are protected by a protein shell, "impenetrable" for nitrilocide;
• in healthy cells there is a minimal amount of beta-glucosidase enzyme - the only one that can “open” the molecule, releasing poisons.

At the same time, the opening component is present in huge amounts in cancer cells (its concentration is hundreds of times higher than that in normal tissues). And there is practically no rhodanese in them. Although, in healthy tissues, it is constantly produced, and its concentration depends on the human diet (this factor was used by the hero of Dumas when he gradually accustomed himself to poisons - he stimulated the synthesis of rhodanese).

The mechanism of destruction of cancer cells

Once in the bloodstream, amygdalin is instantly "captured" by the affected areas. The reason for this is the "passion" of cancer cells for any form of energy. The growth of a tumor is precisely justified by the fact that its cells greedily absorb glucose. Having found in the laetrile molecule such a desirable source for growth (two units of glucose), the cancer cell “eats” it and falls for its own “greed” - not just poison acts on it, but here there is a synergy effect:

• cyanide and benzaldehyde are released under the action of beta-glucosidase;
• poisons react, giving out the force of defeat, hundreds of times greater than their effect one by one;
• the tumor cell dies and the enzymes of rhodanese, which are contained in healthy tissues, enter into action, where the "spent" oncocell gets.

On instrumental examination, this process is displayed as a noticeable regression of the tumor-like body. Malignant formation gradually decreases, and the body is not exposed to poisoning due to the simultaneous administration of vitamin therapy.

The principle of the complex effects of vitamin B17

In addition to the destructive effect on the affected areas, Apramar®, a dietary supplement with a high content of amygdalin (99.74%), provides an equally important effect of general strengthening of the body. Its reception has a positive effect on blood parameters: blood vessels are cleansed, pressure is leveled, metabolism is accelerated (that is, the rate of processing of disease products increases).

Discovery and justification of the effectiveness of amygdalin

Back in 1902, John Byrd discovered a connection between the mechanisms of development of cancer cells and natural trophoblasts - cells of a living organism formed under the action of the so-called “total life” cell. According to Byrd's theory, which the biochemist Ernst Theodor Krebbs would later develop into anti-cancer science, cancer cells are not external pathogens, viruses, infections, as conservative medicine still believes, but altered native cells of the body.

With the reason for these changes, just Krebbs figured out. Digressing from the accepted hypothesis that cancer affects a person from the outside, he came to a simple conclusion. Being a disease associated with metabolism, cancer, like scurvy, pellagra, rickets, beriberi, is of the nature of vitamin deficiency. It remains only to determine which vitamin deficiency provokes it.

And the American biochemist found this answer. Having worked through hundreds of works that have survived from the times of the Ancient World, he discovered a lot of "miraculous" healings from diseases that, according to the description, repeated cancer, using a "bitter tincture" - almonds. Examples of successful treatment with "bitter water" were found among the peoples of Ancient Egypt, China, Greece. This is thousands of years before oncology became the "plague of the new century."

The scientist managed to isolate the very component from the almonds, which is the basis of anticancer therapy. In terms of chemical composition, the substance belonged to the group of B vitamins, therefore Krebbs Jr. decided to register it under the next free number - 17. This is how the name of the drug appeared, which today forms the basis of the Apramar © bioadditive.

The practice of using laetrile in medicine

The first case of the use of dietary supplements based on amygdalin, which was documented and showed a positive result, was recorded in Moscow. The treatment was carried out by Fedor Inozemtsev, who registered several successful tests:

• A 20-year-old boy who had been taking laetrile as part of vitamin therapy for three months lived for three years after the doctors had left him no more than a week (the patient's further fate is unknown);
• A 48-year-old woman with ovarian cancer, whose prognosis was 6–18 months without surgery, lived more than 11 years after a course of metabolic anticancer therapy.

The doctor noted neither side effects, nor signs of poisoning, nor any other negative concomitant moments. Exactly, as they were not observed by specialists who used isolated nitrilocide in oncological practice in the USA. During 1960-1972 more than 50 American clinics reported about the high effectiveness of vitamin B17 in the treatment of cancer patients. A very good response to metabolic therapy has been observed in children.

Trials of drugs based on amygdalin were carried out in China (2013–2015), South Korea (2005, 2012), Germany (2014). The study of the properties of B17 was not interrupted in Mexico, Indonesia, and the Philippines. And everywhere the result was similar: after a month of therapy, the tumor decreased, and the patient's general condition improved.

Krebbs' nutritional theory: facts and fiction

Not a single serious work on the results of the use of laetrile or amygdalin has ever been published in reputable medical journals (or was, but was removed, or was refuted by the publication). The world pharmaceuticals and conservative oncology have thrown every effort to divert attention from him. But if you take apart the arguments of orthodoxy, a lot will change.

Research on B17-based drugs

Fiction: There are test reports that amygdalin has no significant effect on cancer.

Fact: Keinmatsu Sagiura, an experienced biochemist who enjoyed unquestionable authority until 1981, reported positive trials of laetrile for four years. Three times he was asked to "correct" the results in order to "close the topic" of amygdalin. Three times the official community was refused.

After 4 years of successful testing, new performers were brought in. Lab technicians, who were more accommodating, replaced the test subjects. So, the first negative laboratory result was obtained: in rodents, which were injected with amygdalin (and in fact, a placebo), the tumor increased.

And no one was embarrassed by the fact that the test subjects with "placebo" (in quotes, because it was laetrile) had a reduced cancer body. However, it was not possible to prove the danger of the drug - no one was poisoned. Dr. Sagiura did not acknowledge the validity of the latest tests, but was barred from further research.

The story of the forgery was subsequently revealed by Ralph Moss, an employee of the Sloan-Kettering company, headed by Rockefeller Jr. She sponsored Sagiura's research and was the first to fight for a multibillion-dollar pharmaceutical business that was threatened with collapse by laetrile.

The presence of a deadly poison

Fiction: the mere presence of cyanide in a molecule of a substance is already dangerous.

Fact: In 60 years of attempts to prove the danger of a substance, not a single case of death or a sharp deterioration in the condition after taking a drug based on it has been recorded. Yes, there is a unit of cyanide in its molecule, but before contact with beta-glucosidase, it is inert. By the way, vitamin B12 also contains cyanide.

Toxicity

Fiction: the content of toxic cyanide and benzaldehyde makes the drug unacceptable for use in medicine and pharmaceuticals.

Fact: No one remembers the toxicity of chlorine, which in combination with sodium gives ordinary table salt and is widely used both in medicine and in everyday life. Or that the medicine does not know about deaths from apricot kernels or drinks based on almonds.

There was no scientific basis for the laetrile toxicity charges. According to the official table of poisons, its toxicity class is defined at 1 and 2.36. Saccharin has 3-4. Even the most gentle chemotherapy complexes are grade 6 (in fact, deadly poisons).

Fiction: The scientific community has completely refuted Krebbs's theory with facts and arguments in published writings.

Fact: The only article that can claim to be scientific and represents the point of view of the official industry is called The Rise and Fall of Laetrile. Against the background of thousands of publications by doctors practicing metabolic therapy (these works are considered by the officialdom as fiction by default), this is a drop in the ocean.

The fact remains that vitamin B17 is a safe way to treat cancer without surgeries, expensive drugs, lifelong support after a recession and a long rehabilitation period. And the concentration of the substance in various groups of crops is unknown, especially today, when it is not possible to find out the conditions for their cultivation. It is for this reason (for the correct calculation of the dosage of vitamin B17, enzymes, other supportive drugs) that effective treatment is possible only with the use of a certified biologically active supplement based on amygdalin.
