They must be filled with acidic water, since otherwise the fermentation process does not occur. The rest of the vegetables, as well as cereals, except for peas, beans, are filled with acidic water. Before pickling, beets, carrots, radishes, cucumbers, onions are chopped on a grater. To speed up the process, tomatoes and apples can be cut into pieces, cherries and plums are crushed with a crush.

All products are fermented, except vegetable oils, in which there is no sugar. Once every few days (3-5), it is necessary to stir the contents of all cans and remove the mold.
