The emergence of boils occurs due to infection in the hair follicle, where an inflammatory process appears, covering the tissues of the sebaceous gland. This disease belongs to infectious diseases, chirias affect human skin in childhood much more often. Chiry or purulent inflammation of the hair follicle develops due to the harmful effects of Staphylococcus aureus. Once in a favorable environment, the virus multiplies and as a result, a purulent-necrotic process starts.

Furuncles go through a natural cycle of development. First, a painful pimple appears, then the infiltration stage sets in, during which the vial with purulent contents and the surrounding tissue become noticeably denser. The next cycle of development of an abscess is characterized by the fact that the tissues undergo purulent-necrotic fusion, then a rather dense core appears.

Since multiple formations of boils can be observed on the child's body, the general condition also worsens. Chirias are very painful, and depending on the location, they make it difficult for the child to move, his activity decreases, signs of intoxication appear. In difficult situations, the development of boils contributes to an increase in body temperature, the appearance of headaches, and a decrease in appetite.

Usually children have a violent course of the disease, sometimes very similar to an infectious disease. But at the same time, furunculosis in children passes faster, there is no tendency to a protracted course.

At the last stage, necrotic masses are rejected, the rod comes out and the wound is cleaned. After that, connective tissue grows and the process of scarring (healing) occurs. It is very important to use wound healing agents during the wound healing period so that repeated suppuration does not occur, and the scar that forms is smoother and does not stand out too much on the child's skin.

Diagnosis of furunculosis in children usually does not cause any particular difficulties. Chirias, boils or carbuncles are easily recognized by some signs. An experienced doctor can easily determine this by the appearance of the abscess. It is advisable for a disease not amenable to therapy to carry out a detailed diagnosis to determine the causes of furunculosis.

To do this, prescribe a bacterial inoculation of purulent contents, a blood test and check the functioning of the immune system. Additionally, they find out the presence of common diseases such as diabetes, blood diseases and more. Children are treated with local and general therapy. Local treatment consists in the use of antimicrobial agents, drugs that eliminate painful sensations.

All measures must be taken to prevent further spread of the infection. Alcohol is used as an antiseptic, rubbing the inflamed area around the chirium 4-6 times a day. Regular and salicylic alcohol helps to cope well with an abscess. You can use boric alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, iodine. With a prescription from a doctor, you can purchase a special fluid-talker in the pharmacy network.

It is forbidden to squeeze out a boil at any stage of its development. This leads to the spread of inflammation and the development of abscesses and phlegmon. A positive result can be obtained by resorting to treatment with devices emitting ultraviolet rays and magnetotherapy. With a decrease in the protective properties of the body, any most invisible wound on the skin becomes a conductor of pathogenic microorganisms.

Of course, neglect of the rules of hygiene, various diseases (diabetes, tuberculosis), disruption of the circulatory system and endocrine functions, instability to stress, mental overload in school, physical and mental stress must also be taken into account.

Speaking about children's furunculosis, it should be noted that a combination of various damaging factors are the cause of the disease, which are based on a decrease in immunity. Children's furunculosis develops against the background of an incompletely formed immune system, contact with dirty objects. Children of adolescence are especially susceptible to the emergence of chiries.

As a rule, at the age of 15 years, the hormonal background in the body is not yet completely stable. Improper diet and daily routine affect health. Pediatricians advise adults to make sure that their children do not overheat in the summer heat and do not overcool in the winter, their clothes should be appropriate for the season.

More vegetables, fruits, fresh juices should be introduced into the children's diet. It is recommended from childhood to teach kids to do sports, to induce hardening, to teach them to eat healthy and nutrient-rich foods. To teach to live without bad and harmful habits.
