Treatment of salmonellosis with herbal preparations
Salmonellosis is treated in stationary conditions, but a number of alternative methods are used as auxiliary means of therapy for this disease. Remember that this should be done only after prior consultation with your doctor.
Here are a few herbal recipes that can help with salmonellosis.
Collection 1. Two parts of calamus root are combined with one part of elecampane root, three parts of St. John's wort, three parts of nettle leaves, two parts of raspberry leaves, add four parts of alder cones, thyme herb and blueberry shoots. The mixture is thoroughly ground with a meat grinder and coffee grinder, poured with half a liter of boiling water and boiled for 10 minutes over low heat. The broth is left for 2 hours, filtered through a thick layer of gauze and drunk a third of a glass 4 times a day.
Collection 2. Three parts of marshmallow root, root of burnet grass, knotweed herb and cherry fruits are combined with four parts of oak bark, one part of eucalyptus leaves, coltsfoot and calendula flowers (two parts each). Then the ingredients are ground in a coffee grinder and 2 tablespoons of the mixture of these medicinal herbs are poured with boiling water (500 ml). It is enough to boil this collection for 7-10 minutes, insist for two hours and strain. The broth should be drunk 3-4 times a day; dosage - a third or a quarter of a glass.
Collection 3. 7 parts of St. John's wort and 4 parts of fireweed herb are combined with cocklebur grass, yarrow grass, blueberry leaves (3 parts of each component) and birch buds, juniper fruits and needles and shepherd's purse grass (2 parts). After pre-grinding the ingredients using a coffee grinder or meat grinder, 2 tablespoons of the collection are brewed in 500 ml of boiling water. It takes about 10 minutes to boil the drug. Then he is allowed to brew for a couple of hours, carefully sipped and drunk in 3-4 doses for a quarter of a glass.
Collection 4. 2 parts of a lingonberry leaf, clover flowers, mint leaves, field horsetail herb are combined with the root of the mountaineer snake, a plantain leaf (3 parts each) and St. John's wort (5 parts). The herbs are ground in a meat grinder or coffee grinder and 2 tablespoons of the collection are added to boiling water (500 ml). The medicine is kept on low heat for no more than 10 minutes, and then allowed to cool and brew for two hours. The broth is filtered and drunk for 1/3 cup three times a day.
Treatment of salmonellosis with calendula and chamomile
For a long time, calendula and chamomile have served people as assistants in the fight against acute intestinal infections. Salmonellosis was no exception.
To cope with the disease, an infusion of calendula flowers is prepared: a teaspoon of raw materials is brewed in a glass of boiling water and half a glass is drunk 2-3 times a day. Such a remedy will have an anti-inflammatory, cleansing and disinfecting effect. It can be used with chamomile and yarrow infusions.
An infusion of chamomile flowers is prepared as follows: add a tablespoon of dried flowers to a glass of boiling water and boil for about 5 minutes. After removing from the heat, the medicine is left for 4 hours and filtered through a double layer of gauze. You need to drink the broth in 4 doses, 2 tablespoons after each meal.
Treatment of salmonellosis with serpentine and plantain
Such a folk remedy for the treatment of salmonellosis as an infusion of plantain has a healing effect. The leaves of this plant should be dried and crushed. Then a tablespoon of medicinal raw material is added to a glass of boiling water and left for 10 minutes. They drink this medicine for an hour, in small sips.
It will also be useful to eat a tablespoon of snake (serpentine) mountaineer three times a day. This tool has an astringent and antiseptic effect and is also used for various diseases of the digestive system (colitis, enteritis, enterocolitis).
Folk healers treated diarrhea and gastrointestinal bleeding with a decoction of oak bark, which has an astringent and antiseptic effect.
Treatment of salmonellosis with strawberries and bird cherry
Wild strawberries are not only tasty, but also a healthy berry that can help with salmonellosis. Pour a tablespoon of its leaves with cold boiled water (400 ml) and leave for 6-8 hours. Then the medicine is filtered and drunk for half a glass. You need to take the infusion a day no more than four times.
Healing infusion can be prepared from the fruits of the common bird cherry. 10 g of fruit is added to a glass of boiling water and placed in a water bath. After 15–20 minutes the medicine is removed, sorted and cooled. It should be taken half an hour before meals, half a glass.
Often, with salmonellosis, enterocolitis develops. In this case, it will be useful to drink a tablespoon of the infusion of tansy flowers (up to six doses a day).
Treatment of salmonellosis with burnet and walnuts
Enterocolitis with salmonellosis is treated with a decoction from the roots of the burnet. This remedy helps with diarrhea, stomach and intestinal bleeding. It also has antiseptic, analgesic and disinfectant effects. The roots of the plant are cut and a tablespoon is added to a glass of boiling water. Then the medicine is boiled over low heat for half an hour, cooled and filtered through a dense layer of gauze. You need to do 5-6 doses per day, the dose is 1 tablespoon.
Walnut has an astringent effect. Chop 200 g of nuts and remove the partitions between the kernels. They are combined with 300 ml of alcohol and left for a couple of days. The tincture should be taken three times a day, 6-9 drops, diluted in warm boiled water (100 ml). This tool was used in Russia and Serbia.
