Propolis is a unique beekeeping product, the benefits of which have been known since ancient times. Andreeva Nina Fedorovna managed to help her husband to cure a stomach ulcer without surgery. The disease has been developing for a long time. The man left his job in the navy and tried to cope with the ulcer in various ways. Neither home treatment nor in-clinic therapy had a positive effect. Nina Fyodorovna's husband lost his appetite, his weight decreased, his working capacity worsened.
It was decided to perform surgery. The doctor approved it. But soon he unexpectedly advised Nina Fyodorovna to try to treat her husband at home, since it is dangerous to do the operation in his condition, and shared an effective recipe.
To prepare the medicine, propolis (10 g) and unsalted butter (100 g) were needed, which should be heated without boiling. When the oil becomes liquid, you can mix it with propolis and wait for the propolis grains to dissolve. After that, the mass must be kept in a glass container in a water bath until it becomes homogeneous. Nina Fyodorovna's husband, 3 times a day, 30 minutes before a meal, ate a teaspoon of medicine, mixing it with milk and honey.
The treatment was carried out for a month with a break of a week, when the first portion of the product ran out. As a result of the examination, the results of the examination showed that the ulcer in the stomach no longer exists. The attending physician was very surprised. As noted by Nina Fyodorovna, after that, no symptoms of an ulcer were observed in her husband. When they feel unwell, they again resort to an effective homemade remedy.

Turmeric is another powerful remedy for stomach ulcers
Indian scientists conducted a series of experiments, with the help of which they discovered in practice a new effective remedy for stomach ulcers - curcumin. This substance is an important component of aromatic spices and helps protect the body from certain diseases. Some time ago, scientists from the Indian Institute of Biochemical Research became interested in curcumin.
It is a known fact that turmeric extract has antiseptic properties. In humans, in this regard, it helps to alleviate the course of inflammatory processes. This property became the basis for the assumption that with the help of curcumin it is possible to fight stomach ulcers.
The main problem was the amount of this substance needed for the treatment. The minimum dose of curcumin was not enough to alleviate inflammation. However, too much of it is also dangerous to the health of the body.
The dosage was determined in experiments with rats. 100 mg per kilogram of body weight is the optimal amount of turmeric extract to treat gastritis or gastric ulcers. Based on the results of the experience, it becomes obvious that a small dose of curcumin can relieve pain in these diseases.
Studies have been conducted demonstrating how curcumin affects the human body. According to their results, if you consume 2-3 grams of turmeric daily for 2 months, you will be able to get rid of stomach ulcers. The beneficial effect was achieved in more than half of the patients participating in the study.
Curcumin works by restoring the enzymatic balance, which in turn helps to eliminate inflammation. At the same time, the body begins to form new blood vessels faster, and collagen is more actively produced. All these processes have a positive effect on the walls of the stomach, strengthening them. Achieving the enzymatic balance is the main goal in the treatment of stomach ulcers. It is guaranteed to relieve pain and other symptoms of the disease. Regular consumption of turmeric helps to avoid surgery, which is required in most cases of stomach ulcers.

How to cure a stomach ulcer with medicines?
The main type of pathogenic bacteria that cause stomach ulcers is Helicobacter pylori. Eradication of these pathogenic microorganisms is recognized as the most effective methods of combating the disease. During the treatment, bacteria are completely destroyed, due to which normal microflora is restored in the stomach. Eradication means taking antibiotics.
In most cases, a stomach ulcer can be eliminated after the first course. If drugs are ineffective, others are prescribed. After re-eradication of the pathogenic bacteria, all symptoms usually disappear completely. The exceptions are patients whose stomachs contain Helicobacter Pylori, which does not respond to the antibiotics used. In such a situation, a bacteriological study is carried out, on the basis of which the necessary drugs are selected. After their course, the stomach ulcer no longer bothers the patient. Thus, the modern method ensures recovery at any stage of the disease.
Helicobacter Pylori eradication is carried out according to the following schemes:
- A combination of antibiotics: Clarithromycin 500 mg 2 times a day + Amoxicillin 1000 mg 2 times a day, in combination with an antisecretory drug twice a day at the usual dosage. The duration of the course of treatment is 7-14 days.
- A combination of antibiotics: Metronidazole 500 mg 3 times a day + Tetracycline 500 mg 4 times a day, in combination with an antisecretory drug in the usual dose, 2 times a day, and Peptobismol - 120 mg twice a day. The duration of the course of treatment is 7-14 days.
As antisecretory drugs are used:
- Ranitidine;
- Nexium;
- Gastrosidine;
- Famotidine;
- Lansoprazole.
In addition, during treatment, drugs can be used to relieve the symptoms of stomach ulcers:
- Antacids for relieving pain, heartburn, reducing acidity and protecting the gastric mucosa - Almagel, Maalox, Gastal, Fosfalugel
- Gastroprotectors to accelerate the regeneration and protection of the gastric mucosa - Sucralfat, Solcoseryl, Venter, Biogastron, Enprostil;
- Anticholinergics to eliminate digestive disorders and relieve pain - Platyphyllin, Metacin, Gastroceptin;
- Drugs that normalize the motor function of the stomach - Motilium, Cerucal;
- Antispasmodics for pain relief - Galidor, Papaverin, Buscopan, No-Shpa, Platyphyllin, Gastrocepin, Metacin.
Antibiotic treatment of stomach ulcers will only be effective if dietary restrictions are in place. Even when the ulcer heals, it is necessary to follow the diet for several more years, while controlling the condition of the stomach.
