Physical problems

Cancer is a failure in the reproduction program of any group of cells, as well as a negative change in them. Often, in order to understand why cancer has arisen in a particular place, one must first figure out exactly what function is performed by that part of the body that it struck.

Psychological problems

The severe psychological trauma that a person experienced in childhood, and the negative emotions that he carries in himself all his life, become the main cause of this ailment. Feelings such as the bitterness of betrayal, humiliation, injustice and loneliness when a person is rejected or abandoned can cause serious illness.

There are people who have experienced not one, but several such tragedies.

Oddly enough, cancer usually occurs in people who want to live in peace and harmony with others. But to do this, they have to constantly suppress anger, resentment, and sometimes even hatred for one of their parents or relatives. It happens that we are angry with God, believing that others get everything from him undeservedly. At the same time, we do not allow ourselves to express our negative emotions, the negative accumulates and increases each time, especially when some event reminds us of the psychological trauma we have suffered.

One day, when the negative reaches its limit, everything in a person explodes, and from that moment cancer begins. The disease can manifest itself both during emotional overstrain and after it.

Mental problems

If you are diagnosed with cancer, you need to analyze your entire life. Understand that you need to allow yourself to become an ordinary person with your weaknesses, to give vent to negative emotions, even if they are directed against family members. The biggest cause of illness is that you are suffering and worrying alone. At the same time, you hope that someday yourself, without outside help, you will free yourself from your suffering. And in your soul you feel the need to find true love.

There is an opportunity to do this. Try to forgive those you hold a grudge against and are angry with, maybe even hate.

But understand that forgiving doesn't just mean letting go of negative feelings of resentment or anger. For a person who is already sick with cancer, the main difficulty is to forgive himself for negative thoughts, for wanting to punish someone, even if unconsciously. The child who lives in you and suffers has already endured all the insults and rage, so forgive him. Don't think that being angry and being angry are the same thing. Anger is a normal human feeling. Try to go through all the stages of forgiveness.

You cannot get rid of a disease without forgiving yourself. This stage makes it possible to transform our love for ourselves and open our souls to good, and, as a result, to heal our heart and purify the blood already in the physical body. This new blood, free from bitterness and resentment, like a healing balm, will wash the entire body, filling every cell with health. If you find it difficult to believe it, try it anyway, because it will definitely not harm you.

A large number of people have gone through the stages of forgiveness, and as a reward they received wonderful results:

- Understand your emotions. Reflect on what you blame yourself or someone else, listen and determine what emotions it evokes in you.

- You need to understand that you always have a choice of how to react to the events of your life: with love or with fear. Listen to yourself, what are you afraid of? You may be afraid of being accused of what you used to blame others for.

- Learn to understand people's feelings and relieve stress. To cope with this, try to put yourself in the shoes of the other person in order to feel and understand his intentions. Perhaps he has the same problems as you. Maybe he, just like you, blames himself and you for the same thing for which you blame him. Perhaps he has the same fears as you.

- Forgive yourself. This is the most important stage of forgiveness. To do this, give free rein to your weaknesses. Allow yourself to be afraid, deluded, suffering and angry, and have your faults. Love yourself for who you are at the moment, realizing that this state is temporary.

- Feel the urge to ask for forgiveness. As you approach this stage, imagine yourself asking for forgiveness from a person whom you criticized, condemned or accused of something. If, while imagining this, you feel a sense of joy and relief, this indicates that you are already ready to move on to the next stage.

- Make an appointment with this person. When you meet, ask him for forgiveness for having once offended or hated him. Explain your feelings to him. Do not say that you have forgiven him until he asks about it himself.

- Make peace with your parents if you harbor old grievances against them. It takes time to overcome all this. It can take a day to complete one stage, while another will take a whole year. It is important that all this be sincere and come from the heart. The more severe the psychological trauma, the more difficult it is to go through all the stages of forgiveness, and the longer it will take.
