Curdled milk also has useful properties. To prepare it, you will need to boil one liter of milk and refrigerate. After that, a small dry piece of black bread is placed in a container with milk and fermented for a day. The next stage of cooking is to grate the rusks well with garlic and add to the sour milk. She is now ready to receive. You need to store this product only in the refrigerator, take it 3-4 times a day.

Jerusalem artichoke should be cut into small cubes and thrown into boiling milk diluted with water in a 50/50 ratio. After it has softened, drain the milk into another saucepan, add butter and flour. The potion is boiled, stirring constantly, until it becomes thick, like a sauce. The next step is to pour over Jerusalem artichoke and sprinkle with herbs. This tasty and healthy dish has a beneficial effect on the human digestive system.

Goose cinquefoil has an anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effect. On its basis, folk remedies are prepared that help in the treatment of the pathogenic action of E. coli. A decoction is prepared by pouring 250 ml of hot water over one tablespoon of the herb, after which it is boiled for fifteen minutes. The tool is left overnight, and in the morning they sip and drink a third of the glass. You need to do three doses per day.

It is also recommended to drink an herbal infusion suitable for treating E. coli in children. Its ingredients are agrimony (1 part of grass and seeds), St. John's wort (1 part), chamomile (2 parts), plantain and peppermint (2 parts each). The herbs are mixed and one tablespoon is brewed in half a liter of boiling water. After that, the container with the infusion should be wrapped up and wait half an hour until fully cooked. The ingredients are mixed and one tablespoon of the collection is brewed in a glass of boiling water for fifteen minutes. After that, the broth should be filtered with gauze, rolled in two layers, and drink up to six times a day for a couple of sips.
