You need to dip a sore arm or leg into the bath. Then wipe your body and go to bed. Baths are done at night. You will need to make ten such baths in a day. But every time you need a new solution.

In summer, sunbathing will help you. To do this, you must be in the sun in the morning until ten o'clock. First stay in the sun for about ten minutes, and then gradually increase this time.

Also take the shell from one egg, chop it and take it orally on an empty stomach with water, and preferably lemon juice. Do the procedures every day. It is also useful after the bath described above to apply the following ointment.

Take one yolk, which should be from an egg laid the other day, one teaspoon of honey, one teaspoon of ghee, one teaspoon of medical alcohol, a third of a teaspoon of baking soda and 1/2 of a church candle. Melt the candle over the fire, but so that the wax does not boil, and mix all of the above ingredients with it. Get an ointment to be taken after a bath of aspen ash. Treat the wound with a sterile tissue, place the ointment on another clean, sterile tissue and place on the wound, then bandage. Also do this procedure at night every other day.

  • Yarrow herb. Take 1 table. spoon of herb yarrow and pour 200 ml of boiling water, close the lid and leave for 15 minutes. Then strain and squeeze out the raw materials. Divide the resulting infusion into 3 or 4 equal parts and drink at regular intervals throughout the day. To enhance the effect, you can use 1 table. spoon of yarrow add 1 teaspoon of fenugreek.
  • Lilac flowers. Fill a liter jar with lilac flowers, without crushing them, and pour vodka on top. Place the jar in a dark place for 10 days. Drink tincture 30 drops 3 times a day. Additionally, you can make compresses from this tincture to the affected area.
  • Eggshell. Grind the shell of one egg and take it orally on an empty stomach with lemon juice or water (0.5 teaspoon each).
  • Celery juice. Take celery leaves, rinse them well in cool water and grind with a meat grinder, squeeze the resulting mass. Take freshly squeezed juice 2-3 tablespoons. spoons a day.
  • Barberry root. Barberry roots should be taken from October to March. 100 g Pour 1 liter of water over the peeled and chopped barberry root and cook for 20 minutes under a lid. Then leave for 6 hours and drain. Drink the broth for 1 table. spoon 10 minutes before meals. The course is 3 months, then a break of 1 month.
  • Onion compress. Take a large onion and grate. Then grind in the same way 100 gr. laundry soap. Mix both components thoroughly, apply to the affected area, cover with something warm and leave overnight. Apply this compress every evening until pain decreases.
  • Compress from nut liqueur. Take 30 pieces of green nuts, wash, chop finely and add 1 liter of rubbing alcohol. Infuse for two weeks, then strain. Make a compress from the resulting tincture and apply every day at night on the sore spot. The course of treatment is at least a month.
  • Oat straw compresses. Fill a 1 liter container with oat straw, add water and cook for 30 minutes. Then cover the affected area with straw and bandage, but not too tight.
  • Sweet clover, rosin and wax compress. Mix 20 gr. rosin, 10 gr. beeswax, 1 table. a spoonful of interior fat and 1 teaspoon of melilot herb, ground into powder. Keep in a water bath for 5 minutes, immediately drain, soak a linen napkin in the composition and apply it to the inflamed area. Make such a compress daily.
  • Applications made of honey, butter and yolk. Take 500 gr. honey and melt it in a water bath (at a temperature of about 40 ° C), add 500 gr. rye flour, 500 gr. butter and 5 beaten egg yolks. Blind a cake from the resulting dough, put it on a sore spot overnight, cover it with plastic and bandage it. Do it every day. This mixture draws pus out of the wound.
  • Oak bark bathtub. Take 300 gr. oak bark and pour 3 liters of water, bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for half an hour. Cool to 38 ° C, take a bath of water of the same temperature and pour the resulting strained broth into the bath. Take a bath for 15 minutes every other day.
  • Chestnut bathtub. Grind 1 kg of horse chestnut fruits and pour 5 liters of water, bring to a boil and keep on low heat for half an hour. Cool the broth to 38 ° C, strain and pour it into a water bath. Take a bath for 15 minutes every day.
  • Calamus bath. 200 gr. Pour 3 liters of water into the chopped calamus root, bring to a boil and keep on fire for 5 minutes. Cool, strain and pour into a bath with a water temperature of 38 ° C. Take a bath for 15 minutes every other day.
  • Nettle and black currant bath. Take nettle herb and black currant twigs in a volume of 2 liters (of each ingredient), place in an 8 liter saucepan, add 500 gr. sea salt, add water and boil over low heat for 8 hours, adding water as needed. Take a bath of water at a temperature of 37-38 ° C and pour the broth into it. Take a bath every day and for as long as possible, while massaging around the affected area. The course is 1 month.
  • Aspen ash bath. Burn some aspen wood and collect ash. Approx. 300 gr. pour ash into a bucket, add water, bring to a boil and insist. Do baths before bedtime, lowering the sore arm or leg into the bucket for 15 minutes. The water temperature should be around 38 ° C. After the bath, dry your body and go to bed. The duration of the course is 10 procedures every other day. A new decoction is needed for each bath.
  • Ointment made from honey, yolk, oil, soda and wax. Take 1 fresh yolk, 1 teaspoon each of honey, ghee and rubbing alcohol, 1/3 teaspoon of baking soda, and half a church candle. Melt the candle (the wax should not boil) and mix the rest of the ingredients with it. Treat the wound, put the resulting ointment on a sterile napkin and apply to the wound, securing it with a bandage. Do this every day at night every other day. It is good to apply this ointment after a bath of aspen ash.
  • Hop cone ointment. Take in equal proportions powdered hop cones and interior fat (you can replace the interior fat with butter, but the first option is preferable). Mix the components well and keep in a water bath for 30 minutes. Then cool and store the resulting ointment in the refrigerator. Rub the product into the affected area with massage movements for several minutes.
  • Bay leaf ointment. Grind a noble bay leaf into powder and mix it with interior fat in a 1: 2 ratio. Put the mixture in a water bath for 30 minutes, then cool and store in the refrigerator.
