Even with stretch marks, a therapeutic scrub helps. It will be very good for him to get red palm oil, but it is very difficult to buy it. Take one glass of sugar, one glass of salt and any other oil if you don't have red palm oil. Mix and massage problem skin with this composition when you are in the shower. You will notice the result in a month.

There are several simple alternative treatments for stretch marks. To reduce or even get rid of stretch marks, you need almond oil, rosemary and petitgrain or neroli essential oils, but these are more expensive. With high quality essential oils and regular use of the recommended recipe, good results are possible.

And in order to prepare the composition, which should be enough for one month, take two bottles of almond oil, fifty milliliters each, one bottle of petitgrain essential oil or ten grams of rosemary, one bottle of body milk (one hundred and fifty milliliters).

In the morning, take ten drops of essential oil and a teaspoon of the base. Apply to stretch marks. For the base, body milk and almond oil are taken. Take almond oil one day and body milk the next day.

Spread on the composition and massage slowly until the cream is completely absorbed. For very dry skin in the first month of using the composition, you can buy another bottle of almond oil.

Also take vitamins. They should contain beta-carotene, magnesium, vitamin A, vitamin C, zinc, amino acids, a complex of bee pollen and royal jelly. These substances help to stimulate skin regeneration. If you are still young and your stretch marks have appeared recently, then the course of treatment is about a month.

When pregnant, use a 1% petitgrain essential oil blend with almond oil to prevent stretch marks.

For the base, you can take cocoa butter. But since it is quite dense, it must be warmed up before use so that it softens. Wheatgrass oil and almond oil are also used for the base in a one to one ratio.

Almond oil contains a lot of vitamin E, it is well absorbed and does not leave marks on clothes. Wheat germ oil has a thick consistency, bad smell, it has a lot of vitamin E, but it is not absorbed well.

If you have normal or oily skin, use almond oil, and for dry skin, use a mixture of almond oil and wheat germ oil. For good results the oils must be of high quality.
