In addition, honeysuckle contains alcohols: ethanol, isobutanol, isopentanol, hexanol, heptanol, decanol, octanol, nonanol. Betaine has a beneficial effect on the body: it normalizes disruptions in the body caused by a lack of vitamin B12. Organic substances from the group of flavnoids - catechins, unique antioxidants - have antibacterial properties. There are plant pigments in honeysuckle - glycosides, which are dyes. Leukoanthocyanins have an antitumor effect.
