Mediastinal lung cancer is the space created by the pleural cavities of the chest. It is limited in the front of the sternum, and on the back - by the spine. The mediastinal space is called the mediastinum.

- Shortness of breath at the slightest physical effort;
- Difficulty swallowing food, which is due to compression of the esophagus;
- Swelling in the cheeks, neck.
