The toughest weight loss diet ever
Severe weight loss diets are a real test for the body, as they introduce it into a state of stress, which negatively affects the functioning of all internal organs. Therefore, people who decide to try a strict diet on themselves need to be very careful.
Despite all the disadvantages, a strict diet is almost the only way to quickly lose weight, for example, before the upcoming holidays or some other important event. If you adhere to a strict diet for several days, and not make it a life credo, then it will not cause much harm to the body.

Principles of hard diets
The principles that are typical for all rigid diets without exception:
- Meals are poor, low in calories.
- The diet is unbalanced, most often the emphasis is on protein foods.
- The portions are small.
- Snacks are often absent, the menu is based on 3 main meals, the volume of which is equal to a handful.
- The list of foods that can be eaten is very short and the list of prohibited foods is very long.
- Maximum excess weight will be lost in a short time.
- Dieting is very difficult.
- Changes in your diet have a negative impact on your well-being and mood.
- Rigid diets most often involve eating only one product, that is, they are mono-diets.
- The list of contraindications is very long. It includes almost all diseases, with the exception of obesity.
The toughest diet - who is she?
No specialist can name the world's toughest diet. Indeed, for someone it is simply unbearable to do without salt, someone cannot eat only one buckwheat, while others adore this cereal. Nevertheless, the majority of losing weight people and doctors agree that the toughest diet is a liquid diet, or as it is also called, a drinking diet.
The drinking diet is not a hunger strike, but rather severe restrictions. The most important principle of this diet is the prohibition on chewing, so a person will need to completely eliminate solid foods from their diet.
In this case, the body will receive the amount of nutrients it needs. Losing weight on a drinking diet is reduced to the fact that the load on the digestive tract becomes minimal. This will allow not only to get rid of excess weight, but also to put in order the digestive organs, as well as cleanse of toxins.
Mechanism of action
The mechanism of action of the drinking diet is as follows:
- The first days of a drinking diet become a real test for the body. He resists in every possible way the introduction of food that is unfamiliar to him, so a person experiences severe hunger, fatigue, his mood decreases. The situation begins to change from about the third day from the beginning of the diet, when adaptation processes are triggered and restructuring occurs. Therefore, the feeling of hunger is gradually muffled.
- Already in the first week of the drinking diet in the body, surface cleaning processes are launched.
-
In the second week, toxins accumulated in them begin to be removed from the liver and kidneys.
- The third and fourth weeks are the time for the general cleansing that occurs at the cellular level.
Together, these processes allow not only to cleanse the body, but also to lose excess weight.
Pros and cons of a strict diet
Diet Pros:
- If you strictly adhere to all recommendations, then for each week of the drinking diet you can lose up to 7 kg of excess weight.
- The body will be cleaned qualitatively.
- The energy that the body spent on digesting solid food will now be free. Therefore, a person will begin to feel a surge of strength, he will have a feeling of unprecedented lightness, and his mood will rise.
- The stomach becomes smaller during the drinking diet. This will allow you to consume and saturate in small portions even after the drinking diet is complete.
- Extra pounds go away very quickly.
Cons of the diet:
- In the beginning, a person will be constantly haunted by a feeling of hunger and a desire to chew some solid food.
- Sometimes it is not possible to wait for a surge of cheerfulness, and throughout the entire process of losing weight, a person experiences fatigue.
- You need to get out of the diet according to the rules, since the digestive tract quickly reconfigures to eat liquid food.
- Drinking diet has a significant list of contraindications, and can also provoke a number of side effects.
- Maintaining the achieved result will be quite problematic.
- Throughout the entire process of losing weight, the body will be in a state of stress.
The toughest diet rules
Basic rules of a drinking diet:
- Do not chew during the diet. This rule applies not only to solid foods, but also to chewing gum. The fact is that when a person makes chewing movements, he begins to produce gastric juice, which, during a diet, can seriously harm a half-empty stomach and the digestive system as a whole.
- Control of bowel movements. If diarrhea develops or constipation is observed, then the diet should be abandoned.
- 2 hours before the night's rest, you need to stop drinking any liquid.
- It is necessary to design the menu in such a way that it is balanced.
- Before deciding on a drinking diet, you need to consult a specialist.
How to get in and out of a strict diet?
You need to enter the diet correctly, which will avoid problems with the digestive system. The first day of the diet will be the most difficult, at this time the body rebelles, requires tough food. However, if you prepare him well for the upcoming changes, the diet will be much easier.
Day | Breakfast | Dinner | Dinner |
Porridge, but it should be made more liquid than usual | Habitual food | Habitual food
Gruel | Habitual food | Mashed potatoes
Gruel | Puree soup | Mashed vegetables
Ryazhenka | Fatty meat broth | Fruit puree
five | Kefir | Chicken fillet broth | Smoothie |

If you prepare the body in this way, the diet will be less painful for it. Of course, such preparation extends the diet for 12 days, but at the same time you can provide yourself with a reliable guarantee against disruptions.
It is necessary not only to enter, but also to leave the diet correctly. It is impossible to start eating solid food immediately after its completion, since the digestive tract will not cope with such a load. It should be borne in mind that the longer the hunger strike lasted, the longer it takes to get out of it.

The first two days were difficult for me, but then it became better, lightness appeared in my body. I feel very good, I'm in the exit phase. I stayed on the diet for 12 days. My current weight is 46 kg, which I am incredibly happy about.
Oksana writes: a year ago I was not on a drinking diet. Then I managed to lose 9 kg in 10 days. I drank water, sometimes yogurt with cereals and juices. The result is just great. I want to repeat my experience again.
Eva writes: I was very afraid of how my body would react to the refusal of solid food. It was hard for me only on the first day, as I was terribly hungry, but I literally poured water into myself. Then it got easier. I drank various broths, juices, green tea. In a week I managed to lose 4 kg, and in 30 days it took 11 kilos.
Yesenia writes: I lasted 10 days on a diet. During this time, my sides became a little smaller, although in weight I lost only 2 kg. But every day I feel a surge of cheerfulness. It seems that she even became younger.
Tatiana writes: I stayed on the diet for 30 days. For the first few days, I really wanted to chew on something, especially the sausages. Then I started making various cocktails, smoothies and other goodies for myself. The diet immediately became much easier to tolerate. Getting out of it is still hard. My stomach didn't want to start digesting solid food, but I helped him by taking pills to improve digestion. But the size of the stomach has become much smaller, and now I am satiated with very small portions.
