Treatment of sciatica with fir

One of the great ways to help get rid of sciatica is taking baths based on a decoction of fir paws. To prepare the broth, the fir legs (in a ratio of 2/3 buckets to one small bath) are crushed, poured with boiling water and boiled over low heat for 5 minutes. The resulting broth is filtered and added to a bath of water. Also, in the case when for some reason it is impossible to take baths, you can rub oil from fir into pre-heated joints. In parallel, it is recommended to consume 5-9 drops daily (the amount depends on the weight of the person and on the individual tolerance of the drug by the patient) of fir oil orally 1 time per day.

No less effective helps to fight rheumatism and a warm bath based on a fir emulsion, which is prepared as follows: a saucepan (preferably enameled) with 550 ml of water and 0.75 g of salicylic acid is heated. The solution is brought to a boil, after which about 30 g of soap (preferably a baby one) is added to it and kept on low heat until the soap is completely dissolved in water. After that, turn off the fire and add 0.5 liters of fir oil to the resulting solution. The mixture will need to be thoroughly mixed, being careful at the same time (fir oil ignites quite easily and quickly), pour into a glass container and close tightly with lids. Store the prepared emulsion in a dry, dark room.

It is recommended to take baths based on a fir emulsion according to the following scheme: in 180 liters of water at a temperature of 39-41 ° C, add 15 ml of the prepared solution, then stir. In each subsequent bath, the amount of solution should be increased by 5 ml, that is, the second time you add 20 ml of the substance, in the third - 25 ml, and so on. The tingling and burning sensation that can be observed when taking baths with the addition of fir is significantly reduced if the armpits and perineum are pretreated with a fatty cream or petroleum jelly.

Then you should strain your body, stretch out the toes of your legs and say on the exhale: "From where it entered, there it came out."

The first part of the phrase is on the inhale, the second on the exhale. You should relax and do this exercise three times with an interval of thirty seconds. Then relax again. And so you need to lie for ten minutes. This procedure should be performed twice with an interval of one day. I advise you to sleep on something solid.
