Protein deficiency as a major cause of cancer
In the modern world, unknown for past generations of people, threats arise in the form of slow viral, fungal infections, and oncological diseases. This is noticeable even to non-specialists and causes justified alarm of humanity.
One of the hypotheses of an increase in the number of oncological diseases is the wrong principle of human nutrition.
The claim that 80% of the world's population suffers from protein deficiency is only half true:
- It is true that third world countries are starving, where the population is sick and dying from terrible infections, for example, Ebola, but the problems with herpes, thrush, and oncology are secondary.
- It is not true that countries with a high level of economic development are starving, where slow infections and cancer are important medical problems, and pandemics are practically ruled out. In these countries, high and even excessive consumption of protein foods.
Based on the foregoing, it turns out that the excess of protein in the consumed food is the cause of the epidemic of human cancer in industrialized countries.
We see the problem in something else, and it is obvious:
- Several generations of artificially fed children have grown up, who did not receive, in the first months of life, an indispensable starter kit, useful proteins with mother's milk. After all, it was milk protein that identified humans in the class of mammals - formed millions of years ago. It's dangerous to joke with something that works in thousands of generations of mankind, but is replaced by an artificial protein, in the last twenty to thirty years.
-
Some products, including protein, widely used in the food industry as additives, are genetically modified to improve consumer properties. We do not have data on the negative effects on the body, for example, modified soy protein, other products. However, our opponents also have no arguments against why oncology is a serious problem in countries with highly developed medicine, where modified products are used.
The three energy components of food are protein, fat, carbohydrates
Why did we pay attention to the protein, associated it with the actual diseases of mankind in recent decades?
The existence of any organism on earth is based on a protein cell, and the functions of a protein cover all spheres of life on earth. More than twenty functions of protein are known.
The most important functions, vital or vital, which cannot be replaced by drugs, physical, chemical, biological effects on the body.
Protein's three vital functions:
- Structural.
- Transport.
- Immune.
Two functions of protein that are important for the body, which can be corrected with drugs, or do without this function at all:
- Enzyme.
- Hereditary.
Protein structural function
From the moment of fusion of the germ cells (meiosis), cell division of the body occurs by simple division in two (mitosis). It is known that energy is needed for any action. The most important source of energy required for cell division is protein, which is much more important than the energy of fats and carbohydrates. In addition, the protein contains the entire genetic potential of the cell.
With a protein deficiency, aberrations (deviations from the norm) occur, and defective daughter cells, called atypical cells, are formed. Pathological mutations are much more likely to occur in them.
Morphologically, histologically atypical cells are almost identical to the mother cell, however, they lack energy reserves for full functioning and division. Energy is enough only for reproduction of their own kind and inadequate performance of basic functions.
With mutations that have occurred imperceptibly for the body, since hormonal, immune regulation is poorly functioning, the altered cell undergoes five stages, turns into a cancer cell with signs of malignant cancer.
The only function of a cancer (immature) cell is the uncontrolled reproduction of similar cells under conditions of a deficit of the body's regulatory influence on the cell. Mutations also occur every second under conditions of normal functioning of a protein cell, however, damaged cells are quickly eliminated and excreted from the body with the participation of the immune and transport functions of proteins.
Protein transport function
The transport of low-molecular components of metabolism, the excretion of medicinal substances from the body is carried out by one of the blood fractions, represented by proteins in the form of albumin. Albumin performs its function with the help of receptors that capture metabolites of products that a person has consumed or they are formed inside as a result of metabolic processes and which they have not been absorbed by the body. The higher the activity of albumin, the higher its transport function. Albumin, which has captured metabolic products, takes it to the place of disposal in the body - liver, kidneys, sweat glands.
Therefore, if the albumin fraction does not function in full force, a person feels this in the form of changes:
- urine (not assimilated vitamins) is excreted through the kidneys and stains urine, giving it the smell of medicine;
- feces, individual products eliminated through the liver, change the color of feces;
- sweat, when removing excess non-assimilated toxins through the sweat glands, they emit a pungent odor.
Excretion of excess amount and transport of cholesterol from the body occurs with the participation of the blood fraction - lipoproteins. A lipoprotein molecule consists of two parts of protein and lipid (fat). Fat must be eliminated from the body. The transport protein with highly efficient receptors functions as a high density lipoprotein with a protein content of up to 80%. With a protein deficiency, a situation arises when the amount of protein is not more than 50% (low density lipoproteins), protein is not more than 20%, (very low density lipoproteins). Lipids not bound by protein are deposited on the walls of blood vessels, forming cholesterol plaques that are harmful to blood vessels.
Attention! The main source of the albumin fraction of proteins in human blood is milk. It is very important to correctly start protein metabolism from birth, starting the starting mechanism of metabolic processes, the newborn receives with the first portion of milk - colostrum, and later with breastfeeding.
Protein immune function
Immunity is a multi-stage function of the body, including congenital, acquired immunity. In addition to immunoglobulins - blood fractions, the body has such protein components as the protein complement system, interferon, the enzyme lysozyme, which is also a component of the primary barrier function of the mucous membranes. T and B blood lymphocytes have an important recognition function. All this functions in a complex manner, protecting the body from the effects of foreign agents - antigens (high molecular weight compounds), haptens (inferior agents with low molecular weight).
Food components - amino acids are not foreign to the body, they have too little mass for the body to recognize them as foreign. Allergy is a pathological immune reaction of the body after receiving the primary dose of an allergen - sensitization. Allergy to food is possible with insufficient functioning of the body's systems, unable to convert food into digestible protein, when the body receives a sensitizing dose of a foreign substance with sufficient molecular weight. One of the body systems that breaks down food to the state of low molecular weight amino acids is the enzyme system, which is also a protein component of the body.
Enzymatic function of proteins
After the initial grinding in the oral cavity, the food lump moves through the sections of the digestive tract, is exposed to the glands of the saliva, stomach, pancreas, and liver.
Enzymatic effect on:
- proteins - proteases (enzymes that break down this particular group of substances)
- carbohydrates - amylases (enzymes of the salivary glands),
- fats - lipases (enzymes that break down fats in the duodenum).
Enzymatic function is not vital, the lack of proteins - enzymes or enzymes can be quite corrected by using artificial enzymes after a meal. Pharmacological, preparative forms of enzymes - festal, enzistal, gastal, mezim and more than forty other names.
Hereditary function of proteins
It is proteins that carry human genetic information in the form of an individual code - deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA). This is one of the most important functions of proteins, which, however, can be dispensed with by sacrificing the ability to produce offspring. It has been proven that it is possible to correct some forms of infertility and impotence that are not associated with irreversible organic damage within two years of protein correction of nutrition.
