Blood thinning water
Water is an irreplaceable component of every cell and body fluids. All protein and electrolyte particles can support their metabolism only through dissolution or absorption with it. This is reflected in the hemostatic (clotting) properties of the blood.
The volume of circulating blood and its density, blood pressure, the constancy of the acid-base balance, and, as a consequence, the ability to thrombus, directly depend on the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the water entering the human body.

Redox potential of water
You can measure the ORP of water using a special device called "ORP meter"
Applied to the blood coagulation abilities, this looks about the same as in other tissues, since one of the triggers of blood thickening is the sludge phenomenon of formed elements associated with acidification of the internal environment. This means that under the influence of free radicals (high ORP), the structure of erythrocytes and platelets is disrupted. As a result, their inactivity and accumulation in the narrowed areas of the vascular bed, which become the causes of microcirculation disorders and blood thickening.

Acidic or alkaline water
Another important characteristic of water in terms of clotting is its pH and electrolyte-mineral composition. Acidic or alkaline water is not the same as ORP. If the first is due to organic and inorganic components and impurities, then the second is due to the electrolyte composition. This is not to say that they are not related to each other at all, since alkaline water has a more useful ORP (negative) than acidic (positive).
Modern medicine has already proven that the body requires slightly alkaline water, it is she who helps him fight acidification and blood viscosity.
Hard and soft water
The composition of electrolytes also affects water hardness. The greater the concentration and variety of ions in the water, the harder it is. First of all, this concerns compounds and salts of calcium, chlorine, magnesium and sodium. It is recorded that the ORP in water with high hardness is higher than in soft water, although its acidity tends to the alkaline side due to the presence of hydrocarbonate ions.
However, hard water does not mean healthy. On the contrary, it will make your vessels just as "tough" and solid. Therefore, soft water is useful for the body, containing useful minerals in ionic form, but not containing inorganic minerals, which are only deposited on the walls of blood vessels, causing hypertension, stroke and other diseases of the cardiovascular system over time.
Surface tension
When considering the effect of water on the blood coagulation system, one cannot but pay attention to its ability such as surface tension. This property is responsible for the degree of assimilation of water, for how easily or vice versa it is difficult for our body to assimilate.
Tap water has a surface tension of up to 73 dynes / cm, and intra- and extracellular water about 43 dynes / cm. The cell requires a large amount of energy to overcome the surface tension of water. A direct relationship was found between the quality of drinking water, human health and life expectancy.

Summing up the effect of water on blood clotting, you can give the following practical advice:
- Water with low surface tension, slightly alkaline reaction, negative redox potential, is the most favorable and curative for human health.
- Water is an irreplaceable substance that must regularly enter the body in sufficient quantities. It cannot be a cure for blood clots, as it has a gradual effect. Its purpose is to prevent and minimize the conditions for the occurrence of such a condition;
- Daily water intake should be controlled by the feeling of thirst, the presence of edema and the amount of urine. The approximate rate is about two liters. It is unacceptable to exceed it in persons with signs of heart or renal failure, hypertension, regardless of the composition and nature of the water;

The best blood thinner is water with a low ORP. At home, it is melt water. You can prepare it by typing ordinary purified water into a container and boiling it. This is followed by its complete freezing. Before drinking, the water is thawed, leaving the central part of the ice, which contains all the oxidants.
- For constant drinking, additional purified water is considered the most suitable. It has the characteristics of a neutral medium and is sufficiently enriched with electrolytes to keep the blood in a liquid state without harm to the body as a whole. All other types of water: alkaline, mineral, acidic should be used occasionally;
- Water must be consumed on an empty stomach in the morning, as well as between meals. Do not drink it immediately after eating;
- A sign of water hardness is the accumulation of limescale on the walls of the kettle during boiling. The tougher it is, the faster and more intense this process takes place. The kettle is well cleared of lime by alternate use of baking soda, dissolved in water, with further boiling, and vinegar essence, with a repetition of the procedure. Citric acid can be used instead of vinegar. It is better not to use household chemicals.
You can make water with negative ORP and at the same time alkaline using the so-called “water activator”, which is not difficult to buy now.
Other ways to thin the blood
Recommendations for cleaning tap water:
- Deposition of water and its silvering (placing a silver object in water overnight)
- The method of incomplete freezing of water (when the water is frozen only on the sides, and the center is drained), followed by defrosting
- Filtration and absorption;

Distillation. It is carried out with special portable or flow-through installations. The principle of the method is that water is converted into a vaporous state, after which it undergoes reverse condensation into a separate container. The method is good, but not without its drawbacks, since useful microelements leave together with harmful particles; to saturate the water with them, artificial mineralization with special mineral stones or ready-made concentrated mineral solutions is required;
Distillation followed by mineralization is the most effective method! But at the same time, labor-intensive.

- Reverse osmosis is a special type of water purification by passing it through a semi-permeable membrane. In this case, an ion exchange occurs between the filter element and the liquid, which loses suspended solids and negative particles. For this, special large stationary filters are installed. As in the case of distillation, the water is clean, but depleted in important electrolytes, which is eliminated by artificial mineralization.

The membrane filter is a relatively cheap filter, but it is not inferior in efficiency to distillation!
Advantage: All useful minerals are not filtered, but pass through the membrane (since their size is smaller than inorganic minerals). As a result, we get 99.99% purified water
The main disadvantage: the membrane clogs up quickly and will have to be cleaned frequently. In addition, water seeps through it extremely slowly; you will have to harvest water in advance.
