Treatment for panic attacks with lemon balm and mint
The soothing properties of mint and lemon balm have been known to folk healers since ancient times. Not surprisingly, these plants are actively used to treat people with panic attacks.
Melissa is brewed by pouring half a liter of boiling water over ten grams of dried plant leaves. After two hours, the healing potion will be ready: strain it and drink a couple of sips three times a day. Such a remedy can also be drunk as tea, adding honey or sugar for taste.
Peppermint is brewed in a similar way: in a glass of boiling water, you need to take two tablespoons of herbs. Such tea is insisted for two hours, after which it is sipped and drunk in a glass at a time. You need to do three doses per day.
Lipa is used in the folk treatment of panic attacks in cases where the patient's sleep is disturbed. The inflorescences of this tree are brewed and drunk like tea: you need to take two tablespoons of raw materials for a glass of boiling water. Insist on the medicine for half an hour. During the intake, it is recommended to mix the infusion with honey (1 teaspoon).
Treatment of panic attacks with fees
In the treatment of panic attacks, medicinal herbs are actively used, which have a sedative effect.
Collection 1. Mix two parts of peppermint leaves with the same amount of three-leaf watch leaves. Then add one part of the hop cones and the valerian roots. Grind all components and mix thoroughly. Pour two tablespoons of the collection with boiling water (500 ml) and leave for half an hour, covered with a lid. The product should be taken twice a day, half a glass.
Collection 2. Five parts of caraway seeds are combined with three parts of chamomile inflorescences and two parts of valerian roots. For two cups of boiling water, take a couple of tablespoons of the collection and brew for thirty minutes. Drink the infusion twice a day, morning and evening, half a glass at a time.
Collection 3. For its preparation you will need two teaspoons of hawthorn flowers, dried herb and motherwort herbs. They are mixed with a teaspoon of chamomile and poured into a glass of boiling water. Within eight hours, the infusion is brewed, after which it is filtered and drunk half a glass three times a day. It is better to take the medicine after meals. This remedy will help to cope with choking and dizziness during panic attacks.
Collection 4. Infusion of mint leaves, oregano stalks, sweet clover and valerian roots has a beneficial effect on the nervous system. Take the ingredients in the amount of 2: 5: 5: 3, respectively. After mixing the herbs, pour two tablespoons of the collection with boiling water (500 ml) and leave for a couple of hours. Healing tea should be drunk three times a day before meals.
Collection 5. In equal quantities, St. John's wort flowers, mint leaves and valerian roots are combined with nettle leaves, sage grass, rose hips and motherwort. It is optimal to take a teaspoon of each component and pour boiling water over the medicinal collection (1 l). When the product is infused, filter it with gauze folded in several layers. You need to drink the drug three times a day, half a glass.
Collection 6. Brew tansy, calendula and oregano in boiling water (a teaspoon of each component). Panic attacks will subside if you drink half a glass of this remedy two or three times a day.
Treating panic attacks with baths
It's no secret that baths with soothing decoctions and infusions have a beneficial effect on the human psyche, relieve stress and fatigue. For panic attacks, it is recommended to take baths with a decoction of rosemary, linden and wormwood. One kilogram of the collection is poured with three liters of water and boiled for five minutes. Then the broth is removed from the heat and insisted a little more - no more than ten minutes. Strain it before pouring it into the bath. It is best to take a bath before going to bed. The procedure itself should last about half an hour.
It is also useful to take pine baths by brewing a small branch of pine or spruce in a water bath. Three liters of broth is added to the bath and a therapeutic procedure is carried out before bedtime. Coniferous extract can also be bought in pharmacies: it is sold in powder form.
