Bay leaf from prickly heat
We all love summertime. But together with him a lot of problems come, first of all they concern kids. One of these problems is prickly heat. Almost every mother has encountered this trouble and knows that all kinds of powders, as well as creams for children, do not save for long. After all, not every tool will suit your little man. All kinds of perfume additives that are present in baby creams can cause allergic reactions in a baby. Some experts recommend adding a little potassium permanganate to the bathing bath, but it is well known that such a solution dries out the child's still very delicate skin.
You can use an excellent folk remedy - add a decoction of bay leaves to the bath. The antibacterial properties of such a decoction have long been known, they are due to the content of phytoncides in it - substances that kill various microorganisms, such as bacteria and fungi.
For everyday baths, a decoction is prepared at the rate of 15 leaves per liter of boiling water. Boil this mixture for about a quarter of an hour over very low heat. Add the resulting broth to the bath before bathing. This course is designed for ten days, but literally after a couple of procedures, the baby's skin becomes clean and healthy.
Reviews on the use of bay leaves:
Tatyana. My daughter had a sweaty sweat in her second week. Various creams and herbs did not work. And then I came across this little article. I decided to try it, and was amazed - after just a couple of baths, the skin became healthy and fresh. Now, from time to time I even wipe my daughter's face with a soft cotton swab with the same water. Redness disappears very soon. I couldn't even imagine that such a simple advice would help so much. I was convinced of this on my own child, it works flawlessly!
Fish. I heard about the miracles that "Lavrushka" creates for a long time. They even say that you need to drink such a decoction. Thanks to the author for this helpful post, described very well how to apply it. I want to try. I think that the combination of birch extract for baby bathing under the name "Baby-Boo" and laurel broth (whatever it was, but it takes time to prepare the broth, which is always just barely enough, and extracts help out in this regard) will perfectly help.
A series of prickly heat
On the advice of acquaintances, I bought a series of grass to bathe my newborn son, in order to avoid all kinds of skin diseases. I expected to rule out such problems in advance.
I prepared the bath like this. In a liter of boiling water, she brewed 4 bags of herbs and, letting it brew a little, immediately poured the solution into the bath. And so that the water does not turn out too hot, she poured it a little cooler in advance.
I can say that the weed of the train has paid off one hundred percent. There was no particular trouble with the baby's skin. From time to time, of course, an allergy to a new diet appeared, but even here the succession saved, literally in a couple of days. At the slightest rash, I bathed my little son more often.
Now, when choosing soap products for my baby, I see that they are with the extract of the string.
Reviewed by Ramia Nabi. I regularly bathe my kids in the bathtub, adding the tincture of the string. It perfectly helps to get rid of prickly heat, and in general for preventive purposes in the hot summer like ours.
Chamomile decoction for prickly heat and rash
The decoction method is very simple. Take an enamel saucepan or mug. Pour two tablespoons of chamomile into 250 ml of chilled boiled water. The broth can also be prepared in a chemical container. Only ordinary glass that can burst in boiling water will not work. Stir the mixture well and prepare a container for a water bath. Chamomile is steamed on it for about a quarter of an hour. Let the resulting broth infuse while it cools to room temperature, pass through cheesecloth and then dilute it with a glass of chilled boiled water. With this liquid, wipe the areas of the skin on which the sweat has appeared. With regular use, your little one will feel relief very soon, as chamomile soothes irritation almost from the first moments. |

Bathing in potassium permanganate will relieve the rash. Prepare a weak solution of potassium permanganate, diluting it in a glass until a pale pink hue is obtained. Take baths.
