Apple diet for 3 days
This food system can be classified as an effective express diet. Compliance with it allows you to get rid of several excess kilograms in a fairly short time. In addition to fighting excess weight, it helps to cleanse the body and saturates it with many useful substances: various microelements and vitamins, pectin, fiber. There are two main options for the Apple Three Day Diet. The first of them involves the use of one and a half kilograms of apples and one and a half liters of good drinking water per day.
The fruit must be divided into six equal meals. If the feeling of hunger is too strong, it is allowed to eat a couple of rye croutons. The second variant of the diet has a more varied menu, as a result of which it is more popular.

Menu for the week: First day - a kilogram of apples during the day. The second day - one and a half kilograms of apples. The third day - apples in the amount of two kilograms. The fourth day - two kilograms of apples. The fifth day - apples in the amount of one and a half kilograms. Sixth day - one and a half kilograms of apples. Seventh day - one kilogram of apples.
If you follow a diet in unlimited quantities, it is allowed to drink still water or green tea. In case of a strong feeling of hunger, you can eat a small piece of rye bread (from day 5 of the diet). Before switching to such a diet, you need to consult a doctor.
Apple diet for 9 days
This weight loss system is a kefir-apple diet for nine days. Not a bad option for those who want to lose several kilograms of excess weight in a short time. Such a diet involves alternating apple and kefir days. The diet, if it is observed, is as follows: for the first three days, one and a half liters of kefir (fat-free) are consumed daily. For the next three days - one and a half kilograms of fresh apples daily. The final three days - again one and a half liters of low-fat kefir per day.
This option is intended for very persistent people with no health problems. In addition to the prescribed norm of kefir, you should drink about a liter of liquid (tea without added sugar or plain drinking water is suitable). If you feel excessive weakness, malaise or other unpleasant symptoms, it is better to stop the diet.
Cottage cheese and apple diet
The popularity of the cottage cheese-apple diet is due to the beneficial properties of the products included in its diet. Curd is an excellent source of phosphorus, calcium, B vitamins and easily digestible protein. Apples also contain a large amount of trace elements and vitamins useful for the body. They are low in calories, but contain carbohydrates to help meet the energy needs of a person. Despite all the benefits of dietary foods, this weight loss program is considered quite tough and tough.
One of the most common options is the cottage cheese-apple diet, designed for a week. For seven days, the daily diet should consist of 1.5-2 kilograms of fresh apples (preferably green) and 200 g of cottage cheese. The food should be distributed in equal portions over approximately 4-6 meals. Apples and cottage cheese are allowed to be consumed separately or to prepare various dishes from them. It is worth noting that it is forbidden to subject these products to heat treatment; it is also impossible to add extraneous components to the menu.
Water can be consumed in the amounts the body needs. Compliance with such a diet will allow you to remove up to 4 extra pounds. It is not recommended to repeat it earlier than a month later.
Buckwheat-apple diet
The unique properties of buckwheat have been known for a long time. It is rich in vitamins and minerals necessary for the stable functioning of the body. Buckwheat combines well with many products, but it is recommended to combine it with apples to effectively eliminate excess kilograms. Apples are also a very valuable product containing iron, potassium, fruit acids, stimulating digestive processes and activating metabolism.
These useful products are combined in different ways:
- Method one. A glass of boiled buckwheat is used for breakfast and dinner without the use of oil and salt. It is also allowed to eat a kilogram of apples during the day.
- Method two. In steamed buckwheat add apples grated on a coarse grater. Eat this porridge three times a day. The total weight of apples should not exceed one kilogram, cereals - one glass. Oil, sugar and salt are not used in cooking.
- Method three. Every other day, alternate the consumption of buckwheat and apples. This option is not recommended if you have a lot of mental or physical stress. Subject to the buckwheat-apple diet, it is allowed to drink non-carbonated high-quality drinking water in unlimited quantities. It is not recommended to adhere to this regime for more than a week in a row. You can choose any kind of apples, but you should avoid greenhouse and imported fruits that may contain various harmful chemical compounds.
Moderate exercise will make the diet more effective. Since this food system is rigid, you should see a doctor or nutritionist before using it.
Apple-kefir diet
Such a diet is a great way to lose 5-6 extra pounds, as well as boost immunity and improve health. The products that make up the basis of this diet (apples and kefir) are rich in nutrients. There are practically no contraindications for such a power system. The disadvantages can be attributed only to the insufficient content of carbohydrates in the menu, so there will be a deficiency of energy in the body. Before following the apple-kefir diet, it is recommended to consult a dietitian.
A seven-day version of such a diet provides for the daily use of one liter of kefir (low fat content) and one and a half kilograms of green apples. These foods should be divided into six equal meals. Nutritionists do not recommend drinking apples with kefir, it is better to first eat a few apples, and after about an hour drink about 150 g of kefir. With an apple-kefir diet, it is allowed to drink herbal infusions, green tea, mineral water without gas and sugar.
Carrot and apple diet
This food system can be classified as a cleansing low-calorie diet. Its principle is quite simple - a person consumes low-calorie fruits and vegetables, which, due to the hefty content of dietary fiber and a large volume, fill the stomach well. Adhering to the carrot-apple diet is not recommended for more than ten days, during which you should sharply limit strength training and various stresses.
The carrot-apple diet, designed for three days, is very popular. If you follow it, you must eat a kilogram of grated fresh apples daily, mixed with 0.5 kilograms of grated fresh carrots. It is allowed to season such a salad with a small amount of lemon juice. The recommended diet is in equal portions at two-hour intervals. You should drink about two liters of quality water per day. Hiking can enhance the effectiveness of your diet.
The carrot-apple diet has a number of contraindications and unwanted side effects, so it is better to consult a doctor before starting to follow it.
Rice and Apple Diet
This version of the apple diet was developed by an English nutritionist. It was created as a dietary food program for people with diseases of the gallbladder, liver and kidneys. Such a weight loss system rather resembles not a diet, but fasting days. To comply with it, you need to boil rice in milk (about 75 g of cereal). Salt and sugar are strictly prohibited during cooking. The resulting rice porridge should be consumed in the morning and evening in two passes. It is also allowed to eat apples throughout the day (about 500 g per day).
Since the number of apples is very limited, you can cook compote from them - also without adding sugar. Compote is drunk one glass six times a day. In addition to apples, several dried fruits are allowed to be added to the compote.
Rice and apple diet helps to get rid of excess pounds and detoxify the body. The downside of this diet is that, due to a limited diet, it cannot be followed for more than five days, otherwise various ailments may occur.
Apple diet for pregnant women
In principle, it is undesirable for pregnant women to adhere to sharp dietary restrictions. But under some circumstances (based on the state of health and after a thorough medical examination), an apple diet may be prescribed by a doctor. The kefir-apple version is most suitable during pregnancy. Only the portions in this case should be made smaller. If this diet is used for toxicosis, then it can alleviate or even completely eliminate attacks of nausea.
Among other things, the apple diet for pregnant women has a positive effect on health. It is important to remember that it is not recommended to use any weight loss techniques without first consulting a doctor.
Cons of the apple diet
Despite the impressive list of benefits, apple diets have certain disadvantages. First of all, it should be borne in mind that apple juice is an aggressive irritant of the mucous membranes, therefore, it is not recommended for people with high acidity of gastric juice, gastritis and peptic ulcer disease to adhere to such a diet.
The disadvantages of the apple diet include a very limited, meager and monotonous diet that is present in many of its variants. Apple mono-diets do not contain sufficient quantities of the necessary fats, proteins and carbohydrates, therefore, if the unloading regime is observed, weakness and malaise are possible. In this case, it is better to give up the diet.

The apple diet has earned many positive reviews due to the high content of beneficial elements in its diet. For those who love apples, it is almost perfect. At the same time, you can find different opinions about the ease of compliance. Some people adhere to such a menu with joy, and for some, such a diet is unacceptable. The apple diet is economical and rational. Many nutritionists consider it very effective, but the number of pounds lost depends on the initial weight and body characteristics.
Svetlana: I followed the apple diet for three days, consuming only apples. On the third day, severe headaches and heartburn appeared, the diet had to be stopped. After a while I decided to try the kefir-apple diet, and everything went much better, I didn't feel any discomfort. This option is much more preferable for me.
