Daily use of strawberries helps the gallbladder and kidneys work, normalizes high blood pressure, and improves heart activity. Strawberries are good at eliminating excess weight and activating the metabolism, so if you love this berry and are not allergic to it, be sure to try to lose weight using the strawberry diet.

The essence of the strawberry diet

The duration of a weight loss course can be from four to eight days, during which you can lose 2-4 excess kilograms. Naturally, if you follow the strawberry diet, the emphasis is on strawberries (it is recommended to eat about 650 g of fresh berries per day). However, this food system does not belong to the category of mono-diets that involve the use of only one type of product.

The diet may contain proteins (fish, turkey, chicken, cottage cheese, cheese, milk, kefir) and carbohydrates (oatmeal, whole grain bread, fruits, vegetables). However, sugar and flour products during the diet should be completely excluded from the menu. Fats of animal origin are also excluded - sausage and fatty meats, lard, butter, cream are prohibited.

The strawberry diet is perfect for lovers of this healthy berry, while others can diversify their menu with other seasonal fruits - blackberries, raspberries, blueberries. They saturate the body with vitamins and get rid of monotony.

Unfortunately, such a food system provides for a number of contraindications. Strawberries are a fairly strong allergen, and therefore, for the first couple of days, allergy sufferers need to carefully monitor their health. If you experience indigestion, itching or rash, swelling of the mucous membranes, runny nose, sneezing or lacrimation, you must immediately stop the diet. It is also contraindicated for some other diseases (with gastritis with increased acidity of gastric juice, with urolithiasis). In general, if you have any chronic diseases, you must undergo a medical examination before starting a diet.

The first day:
