Diet table number 6 was developed by the Soviet scientist Pevzner and is curative. It is prescribed for people suffering from urolithiasis and gout. Are categorically excluded:

  • Smoked meats, canned meat and fish, herring, sausages, kidneys, brains. In addition, liver, lungs, game, veal, mushroom, meat and fish broths, spicy cheese.

Recipe 1. Vegetable soup. For cooking you need: 20 g of carrots, 75 g of potatoes, 20 g of onions, 5 ml of vegetable oil, 5 g of butter, 3 g of parsley, 5 g of parsley root and 500 ml of water.

Put coarsely chopped potatoes in boiling water and bring it to a boil again. Then add parsley roots, chopped carrots, stewed in butter, chopped onions, sautéed in vegetable oil. Cook vegetables until tender. At the end, sprinkle the soup with herbs.

Recipe 2. Young potatoes in milk sauce. Required products: 40 ml of milk, 10 g of flour, 10 g of butter, 200 g of young potatoes.

Boil potatoes until tender and pour over the sauce. To obtain the sauce, it is necessary to fry the flour in oil until it acquires a light brown color, then pour it over with milk and mix well.

Recipe 3. Curd casserole. Ingredients: 3 g butter, 15 g sour cream, 2 egg whites, 8 g sugar, 50 ml milk, 75 g cottage cheese.

Rub cottage cheese, add sugar, egg white, milk and mix thoroughly. Put the resulting mass on a greased baking sheet and bake. Pour sour cream over the casserole before serving.

Recipe 4. Vegetarian borsch with cheese. For cooking you will need: 10 g of parsley, 10 g of flour, 30 g of butter, 50 g of beets, 60 g of tomatoes, 120 g of potatoes, 60 g of carrots, 100 g of cabbage.

Cut tomatoes (without seeds and skin), carrots and potatoes into slices and chop fresh cabbage. Boil vegetables in boiling water. 15 minutes before the end of cooking, add grated beets, salt and cook the borscht until tender. Sprinkle the dish with parsley and grated cheese before serving.

Recipe 5. Baked cheese cakes. Required products: vanillin, 5 g sour cream, 20 g flour, 10 g sugar, 5 g butter, 1 egg, 40 g semolina, 140 g cottage cheese. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, add the egg, sugar, semolina and mix everything well. To allow the mass to swell, you need to leave it for 15 minutes. Then cut the cheesecakes and place them on a greased baking sheet. Then add a little cereal to the sour cream, pour it over all the cheese cakes with a thin layer and put it in a preheated oven for 20 minutes. It is better to serve them on the table with sour cream or syrup.

Recipe 6. Curd pancakes. For cooking you will need: 25 ml of milk, 20 g of sour cream, 1 egg, 10 g of flour, 10 g of ghee, 100 g of low-fat cottage cheese.

Mix cottage cheese with eggs, milk and flour. From the resulting dough, bake small pancakes in a greased hot frying pan (about three to four pieces per serving).
